When choosing a contractor, you often get a great first impression during the sales pitch, but the real test comes after you’ve signed the contract. In our case, the ‘above and beyond’ truly came from the project management team. Renovation projects, especially remodels, can encounter unexpected challenges, but having a responsive project manager who plans and communicates effectively makes all the difference. Matthew, our project manager, was exceptional. He provided us with daily updates and a clear outline of the upcoming work. He took full ownership of our project, and I’m confident he’ll do the same for yours!

Above and Beyond pools remodeled our pool in 2024. They did a great job coordinating their crews to chisel out the interior Pebble tec, put on new water line tiles, re-pebble tec the interior, acid wash and reinstall the in-floor system pop-ups. From start to finish Chris was there to help keep things running smooth and making sure the crews knew exactly what to do and when. If any small details needed attention, he made sure they were accounted for. Robert also did a great job in the beginning of this whole experience to measure the square footage and explain how the process works at the different stages of the remodel. We would definitely recommend them. They are also a certified partner of Rosie On the House (Which is how I found ABAP). We love our new pool! Thanks!

Bought a house with a pool that had plaster and was old and neglected. Called multiple pool companys and recieved many estimates to have the pool changed from plaster to pebble tec. Above and Beyond pools came in with a great estimate. Denise was amazing to work with and made the process simple and stress free. Ray the Project manager was very knowledgeable , kind and kept the process moving. He answered all questions and even answered the phone each time I called. The front office sent out schedule notifications for each step so we knew exactly what was happening and when. The pool came out better than I could have imagined and couldnt be happier with the results. Not to mention I asked for a 4 week turn time due to a graduation party, Denise and Ray stepped up and made it happen with a week to spare. Great Job above and Beyond pools and Thank You.

We bought our 1972 home 2 years ago and knew the pool was going to need to be remodeled along with everything else. We were nervous about choosing a pool company because of all the nightmare stories. We got at least 10 quotes and based on all the good reviews, we chose Above And Beyond. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive of the quotes but they did have the most favorable reviews. The process was smooth and well communicated. The crews showed up on schedule and our pool was finished within 4 weeks that included resurface with mini pebble finish, water line tile, new pump, filter, auto leveler, vacuum, LED pool light and kool deck. Our pool looks classic but modern at the same time. We are very happy with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend Above And Beyond.

I am beyond grateful for this place. I bought a house with a pool that has been empty for 15 years. We needed new pool equipment, decking and new spray in pebble. Robert (sales guy) helped stay within my budget and gave us a fair price. Matt (our project manager) was always a phone call away. There was some hiccups but everything was handled professionally and quickly. The before and after pictures are pretty crazy! Thank you guys!!

Could sit here and write all day about how well this project went. We had one other consultation (it was ugly). After meeting with Robert and seeing the great reviews and reputation, we decided to sign. This was a pretty big project for a standard residential pool, but Matt kept everything on track. There were a couple of hiccups, but c'est la vie. It's about how issues are handled, not playing the blame game. Cannot recommend A&B more! Thanks @Matt and @Robert and @A&B team!!

We had the interior of our pool resurfaced with mini pebble, new tile, and lighting upgrade to LED. The sales guy was friendly and helpful. Matthew the project foreman was always available for questions and concerns. The showroom lady was helpful. Tons of tile to choose from. The pool looks wonderful. The workmanship was great. Work crews always showed up when promised. We had an issue with drain cover types but the company owner resolved the issue to our satisfaction. I would recommend Above and Beyond for your pool remodel.
