Our AC unit went out on a Monday evening. We called early Tuesday and from the receptionist lady on the phone, to Greg the Comfort Specialist who came that same morning, our experience was Superior! Then the men who came on Wed to install our new unit, were Teman, and his co-workers, were great at communicating, hard working, and super polite and helpful, especially when we needed help with using our new thermostat. We had a new unit working within a couple days of our emergency.Then this morning, (Thurs) Seth and his partner came to clean our air ducts. They were Superior as well. On time, great communicators, hard working and cleaned up after the job was completed. We will definitely use Christian Brothers again, and highly reccomend your company to all our friends. My wife and I give you all, (I wish I could name everyone who worked at our house, poor memory) a Superior rating. I wish there were more stars I could give your company.

They came out in the AZ heat and cleaned our ducts and did a complete install of a new unit and even added an extra vent to help cool our house down even more!! I was having a problem with my front porch light and was worried it was an electrical issue. Tom Nicolaus came to look at it and told me it was actually just a lightbulb issue. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism in the matter. He even waived the service fee because he was here all of 5 minutes. He really set my mind at ease. I have two stars due to Alfonso the Tech answering all my questions and providing as much information as he could. My property is located in Glendale and they were able to give me a $50 quote less than an hour after calling even on a Friday. I called about a kitchen faucet and water heater replacement. Was quoted $3500 total and I provided the sink. $994 for that but if I provided the water hearted installation was $2100. I called Homedepot. They are installing a water heater tomorrow for $1600.
