RV Awning was quick, professional, honest and reasonably priced. They responded to us quickly both when we called, texted, and email. The service techs came out and took the slide topper I knocked off back to the shop and was not only able to repair they came back the next day and installed the repaired topper assembly. The techs Cole and Ryan worked quickly and did a great job. We cannot recommend them enough. Take my advise call them when you need awning repair, installation, or maintenance.

I called this company and was told that the technician is busy this week, but would possibly get to us next week. I left a message for the technician to call which he did not. I called back to this company and the lady gave me an email to make sure the technician got my name and number. I sent an email. Again the technician did not even give me the courtesy of contacting me to let me know that he didn’t have the time. It was a big waste of my time waiting around for him. I had to leave Arizona with the broken awning as I thought he was going to fit me in the following week. Again, a courtesy phone call would’ve helped me out so I could’ve gone on and tried to find someone else instead of relying on him.

This is the second time I have dealt, with this company, but this time I ordered the works. In 2020 I had the patio and slide-out material only replaced with vinyl, which was a budget purchase and Chester advised me against it. We are now full-timers and during 2022 our old Carefree awnings' deteriorated, which the patio spring and arms broke.
We had this replaced by another company and it never worked correctly, even after several paid adjustments. Then the slide-out awning spring broke and that was it. I got out my 2020 receipt from RV Awnings and called Chester. When Chester came out to review the quote's measurements and material selection. I told him that I didn't like the vinyl and wanted to upgrade to all acrylic, (because he was right about the vinyl). It only took a week to get everything installed, since he has everything in stock. We had all new acrylic awnings plus a spring for an old slide-out and electric arms for patio. Chester, Jason and Brandon did a great job and an extra thank you to Jason, for his diligence on the electrical was above and beyond. Oh, Chester has been in this industry, for a very long time, and I will always value his recommendations.

Matt & Orville did an excellent job installing a Sunbrella acrylic awning on our 5th Wheel! They came out to the RV Park to take off the old & replace the new, along with new lights on the awning tube!
It was great not having to wait for the awning to be ordered, but was custom made in their warehouse.
The 10 year warranty was another incentive to go with their company.
( We checked with several other awing companies in our area before deciding to go with RV Awning Company of Arizona.)

Where do I start? I only post reviews when I feel it morally necessary. Positive or Negative. This one is negative...

I called Chester and got a quote from him on the phone. I told him my model, and the size of the 2 awnings that needed the fabric replaced and the LED lights in the rollers needed replacing. He quoted me a price that he said he would send a quote to my email. I said great. I never received the actual quote. About 3 weeks later they came out and did them when I was not home. When I got home, one awning had scallops and the other did not. The led's were not replaced and one of the awnings had a seam in the middle of it!
I was amazed. Jeff called and said he would come out and fix them. About a month goes by and they said they were ready to come out and fix. They came out and told me that Chester had not included the LEDS and that would be about another $600! I said there is no negotiation here and I am not paying more for this mess! He did agree to do them, but what I got back was blue lights in one and rainbow lights in the other! After 2 days of use, the rainbow ones stopped working. I have attached why and have also attached the pathetic repair.
I was home and told Jeff specifically not to leave until I inspect the finished work. He snuck out and you can see what I am left with. These guys are pathetic! DO NOT USE THEM AT ANY PRICE! DO NOT CALL ME! YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED.
