This company is not one that you want to deal with. Instead of actually listening to what needs to be done, they talk all over you and refuse to let you finish because they think they know what you need. This is totally fine in certain situations BUT when it comes to your property and expensive repairs it doesn't work. You want a company that listens to exactly what you need, otherwise you are in my situation, with a hole in the bathroom shower that they sent in orders to have done because they didn't fully listen. The person who "helped" us was Keaton, had he fully listened to what I was saying when he came over to my house he would have known that they couldn't provide what we needed, however he kept talking over me and presenting as if he knew what I needed before I could even finish. I needed mold testing and insurance to cover any replacements, he said it was something that could be done. Fast forward to now he's saying it cannot be done and that I would need to have pay out of pocket. HERES THE FUNNY PART: He had the guy come to test the shower and bust the bottom corner out of the wall on the opposite side of where the mold was at because he asked the to test for asbestos when I clearly said test for mold. My guess is that he assumed I didn't know the difference between mold and asbestos but had he fully listened this wouldn't even be an issue. Then when I ask for his managers number, he said he doesn't know it... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you have been warned but IF YOU DO CHOOSE TO USE THEM, get everything in writing so that you can take them to court if need be because I'm pretty sure they wouldn't honor it anyway. I'm not sure if it's shady business practices or they just don't know what they are doing. Either way, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED, if you still choose to use this company, that's on you. You're welcome.

Do not use this company, they are very unorganized. I am not sure if it is intentional or unintentional but they do not fully listen, they only hear what they want to hear because they want to get you to demo so they can get you to use them to re-build.
IF YOU STILL CHOOSE TO USE THIS COMPANY BE VERY LEERY AND GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. They may still give you the run around but at least you will have stuff in writing if you have to take them to court. Also, the Keaton guy doesn't listen well, he talks like he own the company and knows everything about this, which I'm sure he does as he works for this company and has an extensive amount of knowledge, however I'm not worried about how much you want to appear to know. As a consumer, I need the company to listen and IF you can help with my issue, cool if you can't then say you can't but don't say you can and then send me a quote for the amount it will cost AFTER you already have a part of my shower knocked out so that I have to pay you regardless. AGAIN, if you're a customer, stay far away and get someone else to do it.

Had a plumbing issue, water damage and between them and their sister companies Parker and Sons and Brenner, we are over a month with our house teared apart with absurd charges for anything that was supposed to be part of the repairs. No care with our house (broken countertop, cabinets and door trims when removing things for the dry out) or consideration with customer.
