We waited 5 months to get a bath remodel done, that never happened. They kept pushing our date out as they could not get all the materials. We waited a month and thought we would try again and interviewed a few companies and decided on AZ New Bath. I am so happy we did. They started our project a week earlier that proposed, yay! Jake was our tear out guy and installer. He was always punctual, professional and meticulous. We were converting a tub to walk-in shower. Jake cleaned up the bath and hall every night before leaving, never leaving a mess behind. And also cleaned up very well outside where cutting was done. The shower turned out fabulous. We are very happy and he got it done in 10 days! I did have one small issue and the owner came and fixed himself with in a few days. I highly recommend!

I contacted New Bath a couple weeks ago and I received a reply right away, an appointment was scheduled, and then the issues were fixed in under 20 minutes less than a week later.
