We waited 5 months to get a bath remodel done, that never happened. They kept pushing our date out as they could not get all the materials.
We waited a month and thought we would try again and interviewed a few companies and decided on AZ New Bath. I am so happy we did. They started our project a week earlier that proposed, yay!
Jake was our tear out guy and installer. He was always punctual, professional and meticulous. We were converting a tub to walk-in shower.
Jake cleaned up the bath and hall every night before leaving, never leaving a mess behind. And also cleaned up very well outside where cutting was done.
The shower turned out fabulous. We are very happy and he got it done in 10 days! I did have one small issue and the owner came and fixed himself with in a few days.
I highly recommend!

Replaced single-person walk-in shower with door and an adjacent tub with a full length walk-in shower, no door, tile from floor to ceiling, and two shower heads. We love our shower - it has made our master space feel like a brand new home. The installer was on-time, friendly, and made great suggestions we hadn’t thought of at signing. Please just make sure everything is in the contract and design, even if you are reassured it’s covered. If you don’t see the item, ask question. We absolutely love our new Master Bath! AZ New Bath was great to work with - We called for an estimate back in April and Colt came out that week to go over everything with us. Evelyn stayed in contact with us throughout the process as well to keep us in the loop on when the project would begin and when ordering everything. Demo started in late June and everything was completely done by late July!

Chris was the lead foreman and was excellent also! He was sure to check in with us to make sure we were happy with fixtures and details throughout installation.
