Our experience with Rebath left us very impressed. I was a Sales Manager in the Acrylic Bath/Shower replacement industry for 4 years, so I know quite a bit about the product and installation. Our sales rep was very friendly and low pressure. We’d gotten a few other quotes, and the design limitations other acrylic companies had left a lot to be desired, and they were completely inflexible about us providing our own selections for shower fixtures etc… even though their selections were limited. Rebath was open to working with us on customer provided materials, but we didn’t even need to go that route because we found stuff we loved out of their selection. Financing was super easy and they had the terms we wanted. Installation went very smoothly. Our installer Jordan was extremely detailed and went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly where and how we wanted it, and refused to leave anything “okay” and wanted to make sure every detail was as perfect as it could be and that our input was asked for on every decision. He was very knowledgeable and professional. It looks absolutely amazing and we can’t wait to start using it! Rebath definitely aimed for a 5 star experience and successfully achieved that goal.

We had the best experience with our master bath remodel with ReBath and Kitchens. From the initial consultation and design appointment with David to the demolition of the old bathroom shower and vanity, everything went exactly as planned and scheduled. The end result is beautiful and perfect. Mark covered our tile floors from the front door, through the master bedroom and throughout the bathroom. His attention to detail was impeccable. He showed up each day on time and put in a full day each day. He made sure he checked with us on every stage of the project. He completed the job on time and cleaned up after himself. Overpriced Low Qaulity.

Sometimes you don't get what you pay for.

I don't mind paying high prices for quality things, this is not that scenario. This is a badly installed $4k shower that I paid $11k for.

fit and finish is terrible.

silicon was coming loose shortly after install.

drain cover glued down rather than installed as twist and lock removal for maintance.

large gaps in silicone at the top.

sloppy caulking work which is ugly and not indicative of an $11k shower

average materials.

I thought this would be a top notch shower and install based on the price and sales pitch, it's not.

I will likely have to remove the caulking and redo it myself to avoid water damage.

Process was seamless from start to finish. Caleb Wilkins ( tech responsible for installation) is a true professional and is a valuable asset to Re-bath. He kept us informed of job progress and completed the job ahead of schedule. I couldn't be any more satisfied with the job this young man did. The material that Re-bath uses is way superior to the fiberglass enclosures we replaced them with.

Re-bath replaced my shower tube side by side combo with a full length shower and prep space. The work was fast and efficient (6days) start to finish. The contract was communicative and on time. Work looks great just waiting on custom glass before shower use.
