They like to leave knocking in your walls from the water hammer without ever fixing the issue. I have had problems with this since day one of installation. It has been six months, and they refuse to fix the problem. Jacuzzi says it is not their fault, even though the knocking is centered around my master shower, and only happened after they installed the showers. The knocking started the night of the first install, so IT IS JACUZZI'S FAULT. Even 2 of their plumbers recommended opening the wall and strapping down the pipe, but management denied the request. There have not been any contractors that changed the plumbing other than Jacuzzi. The house was originally owned by my dad, and he bought it from the manufacturer without knocking in the walls. Their work is mediocre at best. Jacuzzi doesn't stand behind their work. They will make any excuse (even lie to the customer) to not complete the work. Their self engineered valves are faulty and let cold water through at the hottest temperatures. You can never use the shower to its full potential since you only get warm (hot and cold mix) water at the highest temp setting

I was told that the install process with jacuzzi was good but Adrian and Nick went above and beyond. They were very communicative with us about the process and took the time to ensure that we got the exact layout we wanted. They were very friendly… and were even great with our dogs! I would definitely recommend this company but the installment team was absolutely great! Kirsten & Brad H.

We had our shower replaced by Jacuzzi Bath and Remodel of Phoenix. I cannot say enough about the integrity and professionalism of the people at this company. Starting with the two salesmen that came to our house, Lincoln and George. They answered our many questions about installation, price, timeline and so much more. We set up an install date for July but an earlier date became available ? Yes please! The install team; Julian R., Miguel M., and Jorge were top notch! They were professional, friendly, courteous and included me in every step. They knew I was taking before and after photos so they called me in for "during" photos too. They covered the floors and vacuumed when they were finished. They even covered our bed with plastic. It was only supposed to take one day but because the city inspector did not show, they had to come back the following afternoon. They apologized so much. But it was in no way their fault. They even stayed late to finish the shower, which we really appreciated. The shower is beyond beautiful. It met all our expectations. We are so happy we went with Jacuzzi Bath and Remodel of Phoenix.

John and Alex were absolutely amazing installing my new shower. We absolutely love it and could not be happier with the end result. I highly recommend going through Jacuzzi to do a shower renovation! It was so good, I would love to do another bathroom in my house in the future with them!!! Thank you for your hard work!

Jacuzzi did not complete the project and left an unsightly gap around the glass, and failed to come up with a design solution to make it look presentable. I contacted them and asked to remedy the situation. They refused and stopped communicating with me. Poor management and customer service. I did not expect this from such a big and seemingly reputable company. Next step is a complaint with the ROC to compel completion of the project.

We hired Jacuzzi Bath Remodeling through Costco. The entire process was extremely easy. Our installation date was as promised. We received a call from our install team Jaime Q, AJ, and Sean who showed up on time to get our project done. We are thrilled with our new, walk-in shower. It looks amazing and our only regret is not doing it sooner.

We had two bathrooms updated by Jacuzzi Bath and Remodel. The installer and his team are great. Juan Cristian and his team are professional, polite and very customer satisfaction oriented. They kept us informed on what was going to happen and when. That is really helpful as we had only one commode operational. There is however a lack of communication within the company. We agreed on an installation date of 6/3/2024. Around 5/16/2024 we got a phone call from someone at Jacuzzi that the installation date is moved up to 5/20/2024. That date came but nobody showed up. I called Jacuzzi but was told that there was no record of that call. The installation crew showed up on the original date. They were right on time. All the demolition was done and we were told that they would come back the next day so an inspector could ok the installation. Next day the crew set up but no inspector. So they had to shut down. A wasted day. The rest of the installation went smoothly. We really want to thank Juan for his patience. Sorry I made a mistake, our install team was Juan and Cristian. Job well done you guys. Thank you.

The two man team that came to do my install/renovation were very professional in all aspects of this job. They did professional work and made it a painless as possible event, and even respected my time ( deadline ) as I had to leave right at completion. It all came out great! Kudos to Tyler and Shawn for excellent attitudes and workmanship!

Kian, Dreland and Javi showed up on time and ready to work. They took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was how we wanted it. They were very conscience about cleanliness and were very polite and courteous. The shower turned out perfect and we are very happy! Thanks boys and Jacuzzi for a job well done!

Jacuzzi Bath and their amazing installers, Asja, Sam, and Jackson earned this five-star rating. The bath looks wonderful and perfectly as ordered by us, but only after dedicated hard work by this team of installers. They encountered the type of issues one might imagine in "This Old House." Thick concrete, interesting plumbing choices by the original builders, and multiple idiosyncrasies from a 1960s house. No one complained: this group of can-do installers was upbeat, positive, hard working, and kept us updated every step along the way. They were professional at all times. Their work and the quality of the materials are excellent.

Thomas Fiero and AJ Wood did a great job installing my walk in shower, even though there were some hiccups. They finished it in two days and cleaned up after themselves. Nice job, and a great looking shower.

I had a very comprehensive review, but Google has a character limit. At the end of August 2023, I stupidly agreed to let Jacuzzi into my home for an estimate after assuring the scheduler that I did not have a husband because she didn’t believe I was going to make this decision on my own. I should have stopped right there. The appointment was set for a few days later, two sales guys showed up. I was clear upfront that I had already read the Jacuzzi reviews and they were not good. Most spoke of high-pressure sales. With Jacuzzi, you never get to hear how much individual things cost. You pick out what your ‘ideal’ bath would be, and they give you a price. There is no ‘What if we did this instead and how much is that?’ After some back and forth, they gave a ridiculous price. I said no and the price started to come down. We went back and forth some more and every time I stopped to think about it, one of them would start talking again. Installation was scheduled for October 23rd (earliest they had, so 7.5 weeks) and customer service called every 2 weeks to tell me they were on schedule and had all my parts. Install was on a Monday and I hadn’t heard anything by late afternoon Friday, so I called to confirm and was told the guys would be at my house between 7-9 Monday morning and would work until it was done. Monday comes and nobody shows up. I call at 0930 and I’m told my order is on a truck arriving that morning, so they need to move me to the next day. I’ve wasted a PTO day for nothing. She says she will give me 250.00 for the inconvenience (never happened). 90 minutes later, I am told the truck was just unloaded and my walls were not on it, so I need to wait for another week because they are coming from Georgia!! I asked what they DID have in stock. She had very similar walls, so I was rescheduled for Thursday. The guys showed up at 0830 and spread filthy (drywall dust) drop cloths through my house and up my stairs. At 4:00, the lead guy appears and says they are leaving because the customer last night made them stay until one in the morning and they were tired. He had all his stuff packed up. What was I supposed to say? Friday, (3rd PTO day) they show up at 0900 and finish around 2:00. The shower looks nice, and I am trying to see everything while he talks about not getting it wet for 24 hrs. I see what looks like a string of sealant on the header for the door but before I can mention it, he’s on to something else. When they leave. I went to get a better look and what I thought was easily removed sealant turned out to be a big scratch. The guys knew they were there and said nothing. Saturday, I used the shower and the handle to adjust the water temp barely turned to the left, so I only got tepid showers. A guy came out to fix that a few days later. I also discovered that the shower pan was not set correctly and water pools in the middle instead of draining. That first day, I left it to see if it would eventually drain, but three days later I still had a big puddle. I’ve contacted Jacuzzi at least five times about the issues and nothing has ever been done. I need to stop at the end of every shower and squeegee the shower pan to get an inch of water from the middle of the pan to the drain. Other issues with the guys: • Kept moving things around in my bedroom • Kept closing my bedroom door so they’d know if I came up there • Tried to feed a tomato to my turtle (I found that the next morning) • Went into my hall bathroom and poked through my stuff, eventually setting off a smoke detector I had on a shelf. The guy said it ‘went off by itself’. Never did it before or since. There was no reason for him to be in there. He did not use the toilet and the sink didn’t work. He was in there for 10 minutes. • They broke off the ground plug for one of their tools in my outlet and left it there It took months to get my Costco rebate due to Jacuzzi not sending in the paperwork, then blaming Costco. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone.
