Service was prompt. We thought they would get paid upon delivery as we had experienced with other companies. Not here. They asked to be paid ahead of the delivery. Otherwise all good.

What a fantastic company to do business with. I called and the lady was professional over the phone, the service was prompt and the followup prior to delivery was exceptional. A company who truly cares about their customer for a change. Hard to find these days. I also want to give kudos to Manuel the driver. He was also very professional and even took the time to give me some pointers on how to screed the concrete. He didn't make me feel like I needed to hurry and he was a real cool guy to talk to. The load wasn't too hot and they showed up early enough for me to do the job. great attitude and great service. Keep up the good work guys....

I contacted Eddie who gave me a quote on what I was needing 12 yards 2 pours 1st at 7 and second 3 hrs later he said that would not be a problem. As it got closer to the poor date it was nearly impossible to get a hold of Eddy to confirm we were still OK for the pour. Once he confirmed the day before and said everything would be OK he arrived with the first load just at eight and everything was fine. He then calls an hour later to drop off the second load at which we said that would not be possible as we were still finishing up the first load getting it set and brushed we had a contractor of 35 plus year doing the project. He agreed to bring the second load at 12 at which he did show up on time as he was pouring the second load our contractor informed us it was a hot load and we would have to brush it before he left it was setting way too fast. We advised Eddie and he denied stayed in there is nothing wrong with the load not only was it a bad load but it was not 6 yards as we agreed and paid on. The last picture shows we were short about 3 yards in which we had to come out of pocket again to have it completed. Because the second load was hot it did not set as the first we did not have time to properly trial or broom it.I would not recommend them and I will not be using them going forward.
