First off, I appreciated dealing with CCCoP for the bulk of the time I worked with them. I was able to schedule on the day I wanted and although they did call and ask if I could reschedule a few weeks in advance, I advised I couldn't (my father-in-law was flying in for a few days to help move stuff out/back in so flight was locked in place) they didn't give me any pushback and honored the original install date. I also felt the price was very competitive based on my research online and getting another quote with one of their competitors. The install day went smoothly and Austin seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. I very much enjoy having a nice flooring to park my new car on and I'm hoping it holds up well for years to come. I would absolutely use them again if I went back in time and had to do the whole process all over. There are a few small quibbles I do want to share just to prove this is an honest review and I feel it's something anyone considering spending the money to buy one of these floors should know in advance.
The biggest issue I came across is within a day or two the floor of my new garage looked like it had what appeared to be heat transfer from the tires of my new car. I tried dusting it off with a brush to see if it would come off and it would not. One of the biggest selling points for this type of floor is that it handles heat transfer much better than a cheaper epoxy floor does. I was expecting the floor to stay cleaner looking longer than a couple of days as I only used the car twice in that time frame and this was not even the hot part of the year. Anyway, I did contact CCCoP via text and was told I would receive a callback shortly to address my concerns with heat transfer. I did eventually get a callback but it was about 5 days or so later (estimating - not actually looking at my phone). I was advised to use some Simple Green and hose it down - which I did and it cleaned right up thankfully. I guess I was just expecting it to not show dirt THAT fast with barely any traffic on it. I just wish the whole cleanup bit was discussed a little more clearly when I was being quoted the product. I certainly know surfaces need to be cleaned but man it got dirty fast (footprints too) so make sure you have some simple green and a good squeegee on hand for maintenance.
Another thing I wish was mentioned during the initial quote was the possibility of adding a grip additive to the floor. When I was reading the contract I noticed there was a section saying they are not responsible for any slip and falls on the surface of the floor. I found that to be a little odd, because why would they be unless it created a very slippery surface. I called and was told that yes, if there is water present it can be very slippery but they do have several grip additives that can be added to make the floor more slip-resistant. I ended up getting the first level of grip additive put onto the floor and it was barely an extra cost so it's just something I think should be explained by the person providing the original quote.
In the end, would I use CCCoP again? Absolutely! I would recommend them to anyone, I just wanted to point out to anyone considering having one of these floors installed there's some additional level of care you'll have to be prepared to take as it's not quite the maintenance free floor you imagine it to be going into the install itself. I absolutely LOVE my garage though now and when I say the floors clean up easily, I mean it. I was able to just use water alone on most of the grime tracked in and avoid spraying Simple Green. I say go for it, get that floor of your dreams!

Starting with Mike, the owner/salesman, who came to our home on our request. He was so informative, took his time with evaluating the area we wanted done (our concrete floored Arizona room), he had nice big squares of all the pattern/color choices, answered our 100 questions & gave us a price qoute right then. No sales pitches or pressure. He gave us his card & said feel free to call any time. That was really nice. The office lady kept contact with appointment, what to do, payments, etc & was so nice & informative as well. The two young men who came to do the work, Raven & Travis, were right on time, very professional, so friendly, described each step, did an absolutely beautiful job & left no mess behind.
