Poor company, unprofessional with there employees. Don’t know how to treat people right. Been here 5 years & never got the respect from anyone especially the supervisors did everything for this company even distant myself from my family to give them my all & I get fired.

My brother in law was hurt on the job and has gone through multiple surgeries. This made a huge impact on my family this year. I want to thank Suntec for being so supportive and providing for my family this holiday season. I finally got the position and job I wanted . I worked with them as a temp from a day labor place and now I'm a employee .I'm looking to grow in the company but I want foundation, stability and opportunity . I would recommend this company . Building things and seeing the beginning and end results are very rewarding . I was let go 6 months later because of my auto accident and they said they were parting ways with me . When I went to file unemployment ,Suntec Concrete said I quite . That is not true and supervisors don't know how to have good communication skills . I would work there if they rehired me . Good company but poor supervisor, hours and safety . Not a good company to deal with .

It's a slave camp for rejects, addicts, and fellons. Several times multiple foreman would not provide water and ice in 108° weather. Let alone they do not favor or push to take breaks or safely conduct your work. It's very"lets go, let's go....hurry up, take a break after, or wait till lunch we're too busy". Also one foreman in particular stealing hours. As well several others setup a deal with the fuel truck driver so that they haven't paid for gas for their vehicles in the past 5 years. This company is shadey and their workers are stealing from them daily. It's pretty pathetic if you ask me, but also kind of funny because their going to pay for it all soon!!!!

Hi I was an employee for suntec concrete. I started out as a framer. I have 5 years of framing experience but they over look all your experience and start you at 18 with false hopes of getting a raise. After working consistently and slavelike for 2 months and obtaining all there certifications which they say come with a 1 dollar raise. All to get nothing. So I demanded a raise or to be put somewhere with my talents I'm a welder carpenter plumber etc. So they put me on the welding crew promising 25hr. I do it for almost 2 months and they finally raise to 22hr and My brother's wedding comes up on the week of Sept. 5 and they had 2 months notice on and they allowed me to go upon return they go ghost and apparently I'm terminated. Horrible job. Horrible communication and a lack or trust and moral core values. I would not trust or work for this company again.

I want the email for this company. My boyfriend applied to work for them because it was an amazing opportunity. He wanted to start this job to start his dream career. However, obviously they didn't accept even tho he was the best person in the group of ppl being interviewed (and they told him that its not just me saying that) so I wanna know if this company is giving false hope or what cause my bf wanted to work for this company so bad. This company is growing a lot. Interview process is straight forward for new hires. Its done either one on one with recruiter or in a large group with more than one supervisor. Expectations are covered and the receptionist calls you the same day if you were hired. Need your own car to get to the job sites as well as hand tools. 5 different divisions to work in. A lot of free education and training. Just getting starting but so far so good. Glad to be a part of the team!
