Overall

We had restoration work done as a result of water damage in our home.
We were extremely happy with Michael, Greg, Edgar, Frank and Zachary from AM/PM Restoration who did our work.
They were excellent. They were very professional, and meticulous in their work. They wanted to be sure we were completely satisfied. They were punctual and very respectful and they made sure other things in the area were well protected. We felt very comfortable having them in our home.
We would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.

Overall

We are buying a house that had some water damage. Another competitor restoration company promised to send someone out to look at it for us. Three days later, they had not, and we had very little time left on our inspection period.

AM/PM very kindly agreed to make some time in their schedule---right after heavy rains when they were busy---to send someone out on short notice. Really appreciate their willingness to work on a tight timeline and help us out.

We recently moved in to our house, and one of the first items on our list was to replace two picture windows with windows that open. When the glass company was replacing the second of the windows, they found mold and rot in the wall. A local religious organization I’m in maintains a list of recommended contractors. AM/PM was on the list, and when I googled them, I was astounded to see that a contractor got such good reviews. I booked them immediately - and I’m here to add one more. They’ve been communicative, responding immediately over email, and have done excellent, precise work. When they fell behind on the timeline because one of their workers didn’t come in one day, they offered to work over the weekend to make it up. Our project lead even offered to drive over and show me tile samples because I wasn’t understanding the type that was needed for the shower floor. Who does that? They also worked seamlessly with our homeowners insurance company. I’m still in awe that this has been such a smooth experience. I recommend them without reservation.

Overall

Coming home to a pipe burst and a large water leak after a long day was very frustrating. The water leak had damaged my wood floors and all the drywall in the area.
I used AM/PM Restoration Services to get my house back to its original condition. They were extremely helpful and attentive from beginning to end. All their staff was very pleasant to work with and they got the job done quickly and affordably.

After a very stressful water damage situation I was seeking information to understand my options. I was able to reach a customer service representative after hours. They were very helpful in reviewing my situation and offering advice. Based on our conversation I felt that this company is highly professional and really knows their stuff. I really appreciate the time they took over the phone to review specific questions and offer guidance. They’ve resolved my stressful situation quickly and professionally. Highly recommend them.
