I am extremely pleased with the work Integrity Contents Services did to remove full rooms of items after a flood. Everyone communicated each step along the way. They packed and handled a lot of art work perfectly. They are hard workers who do an excellent job! I would recommend this company to anyone needing services after a traumatic incident. My experience has been totally positive.

I had a water heater leak. Our Restoration company called Integrity to come out and clear out the entire right side of the garage. It was a lot of items including 5 bikes. Eddie, Maki, Jevel and Yardira came out as a team, carefully and quickly packed up and inventoried everything. They were curious, professional and quick. There were a few items I wanted to bring inside instead of sending. They boxed and carried into house for me. Much appreciated. It was a job that would have taken me probably 8 hours otherwise (if I even had anywhere to store the items).

I would give a 0 for our experience with this company if I could. From the beginning until the long awaited end (5 months!), it was an extremely frustrating and infuriating experience. In July, we came home to our house being flooded. We immediately called Arizona Restoration who then called Integrity (we're pretty sure they're in cahoots together). They kept changing everything about our job, from telling us we would have access to our items, to how we would get our stuff back, to basically keeping our things hostage and expecting payment without ever seeing the condition of our stuff afterwards. Half of it wasn't even cleaned despite being told it was. They said items were unsalvageable even when there was nothing wrong with them. We had to ask for them back because we wanted them returned. Some of our stuff came back still smelly and not disinfected as promised. We felt they were padding the invoice as we were charged for items that were not used. We had to get a lawyer to end the nightmare once and for all. We now know what not to do. Biggest one...not to use this company!
