I went in and rented a sump pump, they told me it would be $55 and I need to give them a $200 deposit when I return it they would credit back my deposit less the rental fee, When I look at my Credit card statement they only returned $120.70 ???? When I called the guy (Tyler) said there's these others fees we charge also, I told him you never told me about those fees, hes says we explain those fees when customers pay cash. So because I pay with a credit card you don't disclose those fees? hes says no. VERY SHADY. So basically for $24.30 they chose to drive away any and all future business from me.
Went there for training and safety certificates. Class was very well taught. The material was very informative and put together in a way that made it easy to understand and follow along with. The instructor seemed very knowledgeable and patient. There was several guys in the class that had never operated a boom lift or forklift. The instructor waited for them all to feel comfortable on the equipment and answered all their questions, even the @##$% ones. Plus I think they got every type of jobsite equipment you could need.

I was in the middle of emptying a warehouse and had a limited time on the dumpster I had rented. The forklift that my company owned ended up with a flat tire. I called Apache Rentals and they had a forklift delivered to me within the hour! Awesome service and I highly recommend them!

Started renting from these guys this last years and they are great! I have rented many different things from them and they always take care of me even if there are issues! They always communicate extremely well and are nice even when I ask stupid questions.

So I just got done returning some equipment it was a jackhammer I Was quoted $100 + tax at 8.5% well All of a sudden their charge me a $160 I asked him why they told me a $100 flat Then when I mention something about it they're like what we can get a down To $129.36 for you I will never be coming here again for any kind of rentals they've lost me as a customer. And I will be reporting them for fraud and misleading customers
Wow, I just rented a Jack Hammer from here and OMG, So I Went in yesterday, was told $100 a day. I even asked do you have a smaller one for a bit cheaper and they said no.Then they started asking me what I needed as far as bits did I want both kinds and I asked what is the charge and they told me nothing so I said okay if there isn't a charge I will take both and again I asked before I left for the third time and the older guy that quoted me the $100 and the younger kid Justin I believe his name was and again they both said the total was $100 + tax. anyways I asked them what the total was so i could pay the bill on the tool, so I was like cool see you tomorrow. Today I took the rental back and asked for the total and was advised it would be $155.96, I was like wait a minute $55 in TAX. they were all no its $100 + tax + the 2 Bits + a 14% back end insurance charge I was all like really why didn't they tell me that when I asked, The GM's response oh we usually only deal with contractors and they all know the BACK END expenses, I advised him that why I asked for my total twice and they repeatedly said $100 + tax and no charge on the bits cause they come with the tool. Now I speak very clearly and very concisely so This shouldn't be an issue, I called and spoke with the GM today and he was so rude, first he tells me no we only deal with contractors not usually a homeowner (I told him I run Sanford Services) and that I was doing a home project, then he tells me I was there and hard you and I was all then you heard te
hem repeatedly tell me that there was no other charges (for the bits) and it was OTD $100 +tax.. The GM then advised me that why they usually only deal with CONTRACTORS not HOMEOWNERS, so this company feels that a HOMEOWNER doesn't deserve the same respect as a CONTRACTOR REALLY... I then asked to speak with an owner and was told they were not in so i asked when will an owner be in and the GM goes sir they wont be in the owners never come in.Then the GM said Sir I split the difference with you and there shouldn't be a problem. I advised him at that point that he leads his men and as a manager is this how he leads and trains his men, HEY JEFF next time tell the HOMEOWNER the BACK-END costs up front so they can keep up with your CONTRACTOR. I will be contacting the owners and advising them of the rude treatment from a GM that works foe them
