I am updating my review since we are now getting items resolved, Matt had taken over the remaining items and had been very professional and prompt to follow up. …We hired them for our annual fire prevention services for a Multifamily complex, I received a quote that was not honored, when invoices came in we got undisclosed fees charged. We went ahead and paid them and scheduled additional services they said where in need for repair and to be in compliance. Fast forward almost 3 months and I have yet to hear back from someone on a couple of items that have not been resolved and we already paid for. It is so frustrating to have to call and send multiple emails to follow up, the last time I called Andrea answered and was so dismissive and rude I have tried to explain so many times what the issue is and she still pretended she had no idea what I was talking about.

I would never hire you guys. You work on commission, so even if something isn't "due for service," it will be by the time you leave. So many times I have seen an extinguisher gotten it's 6 year maintenance only a year.after it was made, and then a hydro test on that same extinguisher the cer next year after that! Stop scamming people's money! All of your services are over priced, and your employees take advantage of people because you can't seem to take care of them! Get it together

Did not do well with this company. I did sign an annual contract for one year of service. They did charge me $196 dollars to certify four fire extinguishers. Which I thought was fair. The next year they came in to certify and the invoice for four fire extinguishers was $713.67. Totally too much. I did call multiple times and left many messages and never heard back. It was a terrible experience for me. I am a small business owner and I feel that they took advantage of me. I will never deal with them again.

I've been managing homeowners associations for decades and this company is by far the most horrible and dishonest vendor I've ever dealt with. They came out to inspect a couple of backflow valves and claim they didn't pass. Then sent me an estimate for SIXTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS! I called another vendor out 2 days later to reinspect the backflows and both passed. They sent me a bill for $295 for the inspection where they claim the backflows failed. Keep in mind, I have only had one of these valves fail in 10 years and the kit and labor was less than $400. Now they keep billing me for the fraudulent inspection. Also sent me to a collection agency for $295 vs. just admitting that their tech either didn't know how to test the valves or tried to pull a SIXTEEN THOUSAND DOLLAR SCAM! Beware of this company!

Skilled labor isn’t cheap. But cheap labor isn’t skilled.
You get what you pay for. You can keep penny pinching and try to stretch out a dollar. Or you can invest correctly and multiply that dollar.
The experience I’ve received from them is phenomenal. They actually tell you what’s wrong, what they have done, or what they will need to do. The communication with this company is exactly what I was pursuing.
How many techs have come to your site are actually certified to service your property? Know what you are working with. This company is OSHA APPROVED, that statement there should tell you exactly who you are dealing with
