I was on a quest to find tile for a school project and I was running out of luck. I visited over 10 stores and I wasn't able to find the material. Luckily I was able to find Cactus Stone & Tile and my prayers were answered. Cindy was absolutely phenomenal with the customer service she provided and she was able to sell me a couple of sample pieces. What I loved the most is that she actually took the time to listen and understand what my project was and went out of her way to assist me. I cannot emphasize the weight that was taken off of my shoulders. If I could give this store more than 5 stars I would. And I will definitely be doing business with Cactus S&T in the future!!

The only thing good about this place is the high quality material they sell.

Very disappointed in how rude some employees are on the phone and in person. I wanted to open a fabricator account but Melissa couldn't even tell me what I needed in order to open one. She just told me someone would return my call, no one ever did. It was 9am when I called. Someone should be able to help at that time, you would think! Then later on in the day my husband went to pick up material for a customer and Melissa was just giving him an attitude. Very rude.

I was just at Cactus Stone - I needed to buy 11 slabs, Kim in the stone area was amazing, I drove him crazy looking at all the different options of slabs that I needed. He helped by offering different options and was more than happy to move bundles of slabs to help us find what we loved. I had to buy 7 slabs of one style and he was great. Chris at the front was super friendly and also very helpful answering questions and offering water. I will be back, and by the way the granite side is open on Saturday.

We really enjoyed our visit as much you can at a supplier of granite, quartz, etc. Slabs and man made materials. Our salesperson was wonderful and quite knowledgeable. The men who moved the massive slabs for us to view were amazing at what they did and very patient when we requested to see all the slabs in the stack of the particular granite we were interested in. I had a great experience with Cactus Stone and Tile in Scottsdale. Allie was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me really good tips for self-installation. I ordered tile from Spain that is absolutely beautiful! It arrived exactly when she said it would and in perfect condition. I was really surprised that the price was a lot lower than I thought it would be. I went to several tile shops in Scottsdale and the customer service, price, and selection were the best at Cactus Stone and Tile. I highly recommend that you go there first if you are looking for tile....you will save time and money!

I live in Tucson and had looked for granite slabs locally to no avail. My fabricator suggested looking on Cactus Stone and Tile's website before making a trip. My husband had a business meeting in Phoenix so I tagged along and went to their showroom. If you need 3 or more slabs of granite, and/or are looking for something unique, this is the place! All available slabs are stacked horizontally by type. After we decided on the type, the slabs were "pulled" and displayed for our inspection and approval. They deliver to Tucson every two weeks. We are very excited to see the fabricated product installed in our kitchen soon - it was definitely worth the drive to Phoenix!
