Where do I start! Everyone here is amazing!! They are the best inspectors in Phoenix and surrounding areas. Hands down the best customer service. They all go above and beyond for their customers. I’ve used them for 3 years now. About 35 times. Every time I get the same or better service than the time before. All of the guys are fun and professional. They go through the house and go over every detail big or small. They have solutions/suggestions for their recommendations on the report.
Anytime I need to schedule an inspection they are quick and flexible to work with my clients schedules. I could go on forever and mention each person individually but it would take hours to read lol I never ever call anyone else! Kings inspectors are the best in town!!!

I could not recommend King Home Inspections more from the office staff to the home inspector, Tim. It has been 30 years since my husband and I purchased a home and that home we built. Our realter recommended King Home Inspections for the home inspection, sew scope, termite and pool inspections. After the home inspection was done I called Tim Lofgreen who patiently answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. He spent a lot of unhurried time with me which was impressive. Mike was fantastic, extremely thorough, and very informative at every step in the inspection. We just hit our one-year on a new build, and per the recommendation of our agent, reached out to King Home Inspection. The prices were more than fair, and they were out within 2 days. The process from arrival to departure took no more than 1.5 - 2 hours, and that was due to luck on our part with the home being in great condition. He was able to identify some things for me that I otherwise would not have known about or known to look for in the first place.
