I've seen some folks leave a one-star review. However, anytime we deal with humans, there is a chance of error. However, my experience was fantastic. I have worked with several moving companies personally and professionally. This team was quick and efficient, handled everything carefully, and meticulously wrapped and protected all my items. Joe, in particular, was very friendly, courteous, and charismatic. His sidekick today was Ernie, who did a great job as well. Thank you to the Arizona discount movers team for making my move stress-free.

Me and my Fiancee moved in this past Saturday. We where moving our two separate houses and moving into a third. The guys that came where polite and quick. They moved my fiancee house in under a hour and I was surprised how quick they where, not only that they made sure to wrap up her furniture and was careful with her things. When we got to my house to move they where done in less then a hour also and made sure my things was wrap up also. They unpacked the truck in a timely fashion and made sure the furniture that was in the right rooms. I would definitely recommend these guys.

My experience with this company was better than expected. I was super anxious from the jump and upon arrival Gilbert made me feel like everything would be alright and it was!!!
On an extremely hot day the crew moved efficiently and quickly, i didn’t lift a finger and this was most important for me.

I beg everyone reading this review to not fall for the same trap I did and get another moving company!!! I went with the movers who had the cheapest rates and to say it backfired would be an understatement. When I called to get a quote we did not know the exact date of our move as it was new construction. They told me that I should book now to lock in the rate and then I could change at any time. They told me the rate and we agreed at a specific price, cheaper than other quotes I had gotten. Then, with over a month notice I got the specific date and we scheduled it in. I was discussing dates with the lady over the phone and she told me that on Sunday they would have to charge more as they have to pay the guys overtime so we agreed to do it on Saturday.
The day before the move we got a confirmation call and that is when I was told that the rate had changed and we now had to pay 30.00 more per hour than we originally agreed on. At this point, it was one day before the move and I had no choice but to agree. Their movers came and I will say one of them was a great worker and he did an amazing job however the move took way longer than it should have and two of the workers were not as useful. For example when we moved into this house (3 Br, 2BA) it took 3 hours and these guys took over 6 hours to do the move… again, sometimes the cheaper rate is not the best option. Now, this is where things get even more fun! I had asked several times about moving our big screen TV and they said they would take care of it. Now, when we got to the new place the TV was broken and screen completely shattered. It has now been over 3 weeks and we still do not have a TV in our living room and was forced to host a Memorial Day house warming party with no TV in the living room. Our TV was only 400.00 and they still have not reimbursed us for that. They ask for 12 weeks which just seems ridiculous for a reimbursement. They make everything as hard as possible.

I know this is a long review but it sounds like others have had similar issues with this company and I hope it saves someone else from having to go through this!

Update!!! 500.00 TV and they sent us a check for 38.00 this company is a complete joke! Now I am having to waste more time and money getting a police report filed and submitting a claim in small claims court. At this point i just want to reimbursed for the item their workers broke. Instead they sent us a check of 125 and then another for 38.00.
I just can’t believe there is a place that does business like this. The police office that took our report could not believe everything we had to go through as well.

We had THE WORST moving experience ever! One star is too generous of a rating for this company. We regret using Arizona Discount Movers. They were horrible. They didn't show up the day we had scheduled for our move. They were supposed to be there between 12-3pm. It wasn't until 4pm that Stephanie told us they couldn't come. We waited from 10-4pm. We had to scramble to get another night at the AirBNB we were staying at since we were packed up. We had to rearrange other appointments scheduled for the next day at our new house.

The movers damaged my antique mahogany dresser because they didn't wrap it in moving blankets. They also damaged our dining room table and chairs AND they didn't shrink wrap my fabric covered bed frame. They placed it on the floor of the moving truck without putting furniture blankets down and it came off filthy! When the supervisor of the move looked at the damaged furniture and bed frame he said NOTHING! No apology or communication that they would make what they did right. Now I have to have it professionally cleaned and we're filing an insurance claim with our insurance company for the damaged furniture. We are missing a few items as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We're reporting them to the BBB.
