My family had an excellent experience with our local move from Norterra to Arcadia with Dose. Carrie, our move coordinator, was immensely helpful in breaking down our various options and costs as we planned the move. She was extremely responsive and flexible as we had to make changes to our move-out/-in dates and arrange for storing our things overnight. The crew that packed, loaded, and unloaded our things (Amarie / Deshawn / Jade / Kevin / Greg) was fantastic - they took great care in handling all of our things, asked questions rather than making assumptions, and were extremely courteous throughout the process. And there were no surprises in the final cost, with everything thoroughly documented and detailed, along with a guided overview before we paid.

I would highly recommend Dose for any local PHX moves. Moving is never an easy or fun process, but Dose did their part to make it as pleasant and smooth as possible. I have done four full home moves in the past decade, and this was by far the best experience I have had.

I am a single woman and had a big move after accumulating way too many belongings over the years. I contacted DOSE moving and received a quote very quickly from Carrie who was extremely friendly and helpful. She asked me as many questions as she could in order to give me the most accurate quote possible. The day of the move, a large truck and four men came to work and the move indeed took longer than anticipated because of how much I had but the guys worked tirelessly and expeditiously to get everything safely and securely packed away. I'm so glad I didn't attempt to recruit friends to help me with my move because there is no way my belongings would have moved as nicely as DOSE moved them. They didn't use a dolly inside the house because they didn't want to risk causing any damage to floors and they wrapped all my furniture in blankets and saran wrap. They were able to disassemble and reassemble furniture and move everything nicely. I was not able to unhook my washer and dryer on my own even though the moving company requests that you disconnect all appliances but the guys did it for me with zero resistance. CJ was the ring leader here and made sure that all the men were careful and tentative with all my belongings, making special care to move everything with caution. Q was in charge of going over the fees with me and he was very sweet and patient. Thank you DOSE for helping make my move smooth!!

Absolutely the worst!
They broke parts to the bunkbeds !
They had no tools to even put the bunkbed together!
One guy cut his finger and bled on our brand new fabric bedframe and brand new creamy white rug !
I get accidents happen but when I contacted Carrie in a panic she was of absolute zero help! She had zero references on who to call in this type of situation!
She said all I can do for you is send you a claim form for you to file and maybe Google someone who can help you !
I had to hire a cleaner!
I had to hire someone to come fix the broken bed part and assemble it.
Dose Moving used to be owned by Patrick and Merrilee and was an amazing company !
Ever since they sold this company it has gone completely down hill!!
I would never recommend this company to anyone!!

Dose Moving was phenomenal. After U-Haul switched our U-box delivery date last minute and failed to re-schedule the moving help we had scheduled through them (like they said they were going to do), my husband and I had to find same day moving help at the last minute. I called Dose and they were able to get a team out that day at a very reasonable rate compared to other companies I called. The team even came earlier than what we had expected. The moving team was incredibly professional, efficient, skilled, and quick at loading. They turned a very stressful morning into a breeze. I will 100% always recommend them to anyone moving. My mom has also used them for moving and was very impressed.

Best price from the three quotes I’ve got. Marylee was great in coordinating with me, super easy, one phone call transaction and an email reminder with all the details and expectations. The guys came very prepared with supplies to protect furniture and make move easier. We were very impressed with Victor, Edwin, Greg and Vavid, they hustle... they were fast, but careful with my stuff and very accommodating when placing furniture in the right spot at the new place. I’d definitely recommend Dose Moving!
