Lyon Engineering’s understanding of budget, regulations, and their ability to move a project efficiently through the City’s permitting process is incredible. We purchased a challenging commercial site that had extreme floodplain, setback, and utility constraints. The team at Lyon did not disappoint. Brian & team super responsive & professional. We had an extremely urgent survey job...to get an elevation certificate. After calling a few other engineering firms...getting the project done quickly was not possible. Then we contacted Lyon Engineering...Brian explained the process, said it could be done within our time frame needs. Well, sure enough...they even delivered on the job faster than expected.
