So grateful for this repair shop. We were on the lake recently when our boat stopped working. We called the shop and the guys came on over with a boat to tow us. No one else had seen us asking for help. They towed us in and then scheduled a repair. We had an exceptional day on the water with an exceptional service experience. Grateful for this quick response as we would have had to call the park police. They will continue to get our business.

We dry dock our boat at Kachina repair cause it's convenient and nice to not have to tug the boat back home after a day of fun. We also use their repair shop to help keep our boat working its best. Robert the owner goes out of his way to help you out any way he can.

Very knowledgeable, and helpful staff.
I'm always hesitant to take a boat to a shop nowadays. I'm afraid I'll get taken advantage of and paying way too much. The staff at Kachina are very honest. They made me feel like a VIP customer. I left very happy and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy repair shop.

Robert was straight forward with me with pictures and phone calls.. even text. Robert and his crew did some major work on my boat and got it ready for me when I needed it. Great service, will definitely go back for any future work on my boat or jetski. I wouldn't hesitate referring anyone to his shop.

We have been using Kachina for a couple years now and have had such great experiences. But this one is for the books. We live in Tucson and store our boat in Roosevelt. Instead of us having to go and get it out of storage and take it to them, they went and got our boat!!!! We had them do some work on it and we picked up the Friday of Memorial weekend. It ran great! The steering was so much better. After getting off the lake we noticed some oil. My husband saw that there was a screw that came out of the outboard drive and leaking fluid. We knew that the owner was going out of town the next day but he had us come over to get it fixed real quick so it did not ruin our weekend. He was tired but still worked on it. We appreciate his hard work and kindness. He did not have to work on it but he did!!!! Thanks so much for everything! We appreciate you more than you know.

I have been using Robert at Kachina for almost 5 years. He has always went above and beyond. He also takes pictures of allof his work and sends you the pictures when the job is done. I thought this was awesome as you can physically seeable the work done!
