Called Joe on Tuesday, we discussed a time for him to come to my house for a quote on an install for a Tesla charger. I told him that I get off work at 4pm, and would need to take time off of work so I could be there for the quote on Thursday at 3pm. It is now 4:30pm, I have called him twice… I left him a voicemail, but there was no answer, no callback… nothing. I am disappointed in the lack of communication, lack of professionalism, and now I can no longer get the time back I wasted. I was excited to have this done due to all the good reviews.

Joe did reach out the following day, but not sure if it was because I did this awful review, or if he was truly apologetic. Either way this left a bad taste in my mouth.

Joe answered the phone for starters. Came out to give us a bid right away. Gave us a great bid and scheduled us a week later. He did a nice clean job with out hot tub connection. When we get our EV he said he could take care of that. We will definitely use him again for any and all electric work we need done in the future.

Joe scheduled a date for a no cost estimate on my project. I wanted an RV 50 amp receptacle installed on the side of our house near the electrical panel. He showed up on time, was clean, professional and friendly. His rate was reasonable and agreed to return the following day with the materials he needed to complete the job. He texted me both times that he was on his way. He used quality materials and cleaned
up after himself. A receipt was provided. I will use Joe the next time an electrical project comes up.
