Eddie did a great job on a routine maintenance appointment. He didn't try to upsale me like other companies we have used. Every time I am waiting for the tech to tell me I need either a new capacitor or quick start part...every time.... but not this time. ?

Unfortunately was not a good experience. My AC issue was not resolved.
The tech was nice however I was his last stop of the day and he had a very long day. He did not call or text prior to arrival. Once arrived he did check the outside units and the inside air vents. He told me he was not goin into the attic because it had just been too long of a day. His recommendation was to schedule a maintenance service cleaning and that would be probably Monday or Tuesday. Today is Friday and was 86 degrees in my house at 530-6p when he arrived and you want me to wait 3-4 days?! The fan on one of the units turns sometimes which I got it to do after the tech left. So probably my capacitor is the problem and I will check it tomorrow morning and I guess try to do the work myself even though I already spent $87 for this service call through my home warranty claim. Very disappointing to not have my AC working and 86 degrees in my house at 10p. Fortunately my upstairs unit is still working for our bedrooms are somewhat cool.

The service techs presented themselves on time. They inquired as to our needs and spent time getting to understand our concerns. They then did what appeared to be a thorough inspection. Inspection complete they shared their findings with me and we discussed the various courses of remedies available to us. I was told that quote would be emailed to me and the information would also be shared with our home warranty company. True to his word the email appeared within the hour. Jordon made a follow up call to explain some points regarding the quote. I was very pleased with the service call, ( not so much the results of the visit but that's of no reflection on this company or the service techs on hand?)

We reached out to just better air on a recommendation from my boss. My boss has used them at his shop for commercial work and has been pleased with their work so he encouraged me to give them a call. They came out and gave us a very reasonable quote. When they did so their employees were very knowledgeable, timely, and helped us put together a plan to cool down a hot room we were unable to fix previously. I cannot stress enough how pleased we were with each and every employee we had the pleasure of working with. The installers finished up by adjusting our vents to keep the air circulating in the proper direction. This "simple" step eliminated some cold spots in our house and made that hot room finally comfortable.
