Overall

Highly recommend AZ Deck. Vaughn came out and provided a fair estimate and once we agreed told me the crew would show up on Monday at 6am. They showed up right on time and got to work. This crew is one of the cleaned I've ever encountered they really took pride in the work they do - the attention to detail was amazing. Far exceeded my expectations. If you're seeking to remodel your deck - Look no further.

The real deal. This was a unique experience. Vaughn visited with us and listened to our needs. We contracted and felt the price was very competitive. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. It took no time to prep and completely cover the pool, furniture, and property. The first day was all grinding, dust, and really hard work. The team of 3 worked non stop all day! The next day was patching, prepping and painting. When they finished everything was picked up and cleaned up. All plastic wrap, paper wrap, bubble wrap, tape, bags of concrete dust, and bags of cement were hauled off with the crew. Rocks and gravel were put back in place and it was hard to know they had done a major remodel within 48 hours. Almost 900 Sq ft. These guys were pros and I am very pleased. Would hire again in a heartbeat!

A great experience from start to finish. My online request was answered quickly. I was called and an appointment was setup at my home. Vaughn showed up on time and the quote was reasonable. I was away at work when the job was completed. When I returned home, the results were amazing and the job-site was left clean. Efficient, friendly, value for money service! Thank you AZ Deck team.

Warranty work. I leave very few reviews but Vaughn with AZ Decking exceeded our expectations. They repainted our patio and fixed a small hole in our pool decking with only a phone call to Vaughn with no hesitation, inspection or delay, so unusual now days. I believe the reason for needing the repaint was the heavy thunderstorm right after they finished painting the patio the first time. You can trust AZ Decking. We received quality pool decking and quality patio repainting. The crews (Oscar) doing the work are exceptional.

The install crew did an amazing job covering my concrete pad with cool deck. They arrived at the scheduled time and had the project complete in 3 hours. They cleaned up so well you would never know they were here. I would recommend AZ Deck to anyone needing a professional finish for a fair price!

I had AZ Deck come out and re-surface my pool deck in 2019 and it looked great for a while. After about a year, I started to notice hollow spots and flaking areas on the deck, so I notified them and they were very responsive at the time. They came out and completely re-did the work. About a year later I started having the same problems. They finally came out and did a few small repairs but ignored about 4-5 other areas that needed repair. In November of last year I contacted them again to see if I could get the rest of the failing areas repaired. They assured me I was on the schedule to have the rest of the issues fix. I never heard from anyone. So in December I was back in town and called them again. Once again I was told I was on the schedule to have them come out and complete the repairs. Never heard from anyone. Came back in town again in February and went through the same process. So here we are in May and the problem never was addressed. I have filled out their online request several times with no one ever getting back to me, have called and left messages with no return calls. I finally reached out to Vaughn the salesman to ask if something is going on within the company. Vaughn was able to get Isa to email me back and Isa state that they have no record of any correspondence with me and that I waited to long. I have left voice mails and emails asking for a return phone call and still no call back. I have been trying to get these issues taken care of for 8 months now. I do not live in AZ full time and I am only able to get there about 4-5 times a year. Those are the times I have to get these type of things taken care of.
Honestly I would have been willing to pay to get these things fixed if they would have just had the courtesy to return my calls.
Very disappointed in the service I have had.
