I’ve ordered twice from this company.on my second order I tried to order more of the material I ordered the first time which was an f1 chair rail. However in my most recent order I had ordered the OG1 style. They saw my order and had the piece of mind to call and make sure I had ordered the right stuff. I didn’t so they quickly rectified it for me and it was fixed before I knew it was an issue!! Thanks for your thoroughness and attention to orders!!!

I ordered a single sheet of marble tiles and this is what I recieved. When I called and spoke with them and sent them pictures, they basically told me they saw no damage and that I could remove the individual pieces I don't like...except that I would then not have the piece I ordered! What a joke. Buyer beware, these reviews must be all fake becaue this company has zero customer service! Take a look at the photos for yourself and if this is the tile you want installed in your home, shop away! lol

UPDATE:
After this posting, I was offered several resolution options and I opted to return the tile. It may be that the tile I ordered is of low quality and getting what I expected wasn’t possible, but I would have appreciated an explanation and a more reasonable resolution from the start. Maybe a more accurate description or a note that this is an “economy” marble. I have other tile that is cut flawlessly without chips and fractures covering the stone edges.

They helped me get a second set of samples to confirm we had the right ones (still no sticker showing which tile it was on the 2nd sample) and then they delivered the full order quickly. I received my order today. We were nervous because it was coming from CA and we are in Florida. OMG it arrived, so far so good. It's wonderful, I still have to inventory everything. The driver was wonderful from Fed Ex. The package was sealed, I took pictures so you can see how they ship. It comes in a crate, we removed some of the packing materials so you can see the items.
