Ralph is a nice guy and helped us with purchasing some tiles, but when I had to return some, the "vendor doesn't accept returns". I was NOT informed of this when purchasing, and my contractor told me to get more rather than less than he thought necessary to compensate for breakage etc. I asked for the vendor's name but was ghosted.
I've never heard of a place that doesn't accept unopened brand new tiles back!
It's the newer owners who don't want to accept returns, otherwise I would've been given the vendor's name.
I've remodeled and renovated many homes and this is the first time returns are not accepted.

There are many tile porcelain marble businesses on State College...... you definitely owe it to yourself to check out American Tile. The service from the sale and design specialist, Brad Lord, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help me locate and choose the perfect trim pieces I needed to accentuate my quartz sample. I walked into the OTHER fancy, large design centers, along State College, and no one bothered to even approach me to assist. The displays at American Tile are neatly organized. and their selection and inventory is impressive. Other stores won't sell to the public, and others such as MSI will not even disclose their prices. American Tile was upfront with their price and I was pleasantly surprised to purchase the perfect product and at a good value.

This place made me pay 100% upfront for all the tile. When my contractor was unloading the tile there were 6 boxes that were broken. AT&marble refused to reimburse me for the broken tile. Don't do business with these guys unless you want to get burned.

We recently renovated our large master bathroom with carrara marble. This was our dream project but nonetheless a big expense/ headache. We purchased all of our materials from American Tile & Marble. Rafael was amazing!

We renovated our master bath and purchased all the shower tile from Rafael @ American Tile & Marble and what a great experience! Rafael guided us through the selection process, gave us a great deal on our final choices and even offered to store the tile for us until we needed it.
