Overall

Super friendly and helpful staff. We went there to try and saw the generator problem and the gentleman we spoke with guided us carefully to assure we had the proper connecting cable to the house.
Definitely set up for the pros but at least they took the time to make sure we got the proper product. I highly recommend this team and this location.

A few months back I needed supplies. I wore a mask going into the store. Nobody else in the little store wore a mask. They made me feel very uncomfortable and treated my arrogantly. Don’t know, if they finally acknowledge that masks are not evil. I will not know since I will get my stuff anywhere else but there.
I used to really like the store!

I went in for a main from a sub to a main box. I. told them what I needed and what it was for , he then told me I was asking for the wrong wire and suggested another size. When I came home , I was told they gave me the wrong wire. I called today which was the next day. I explain that they recommended the wrong wire and he told me it was miscommunication and not their problem. He continued to argue with me and I repeatedly said " I just want a total cost on the right wire" . After cutting me off a number of times, he then said " You know what , we aren't going to sell to you"
I think they need to have a sign saying.
"Can not recommend"
