I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time. My multiple experiences with CC are beyond frustrating.we had them change out around 20 windows in our house. The installers were excellent and very professional but the sales team and the office are wildly unhelpful. I had to call multiple times for our quote, to sign the contract, to have them come fix a mistake they made, and they were trying for a while to get us to pay a bill we already paid!
They were pretty much the only option in Grass Valley or we would have definitely gone with a different company. Save yourself the headache and buy your windows from hills flat and have a GC install them
