Overall

Damien unclogged a very difficult drainage block 45 feet down from my kitchen sink to my main sewer line. He was very professional and exhibited excellent problem solving skills. He was willing to hang in there and keep trying even when it seemed like it just wasn’t going to work. I’m very appreciative of Damien and I hope he is very appreciated (and justly compensated) by Rotor Rooter. Thanks Damien!

Overall

Really appreciated the good work Ricky and Roto Rooter did to fix a stopped up sink with an obstruction beyond the under sink plumbing area. Very easy to set up an appointment, appointments were available in the near future, problem was solved quickly. Will be using them again!

Overall

I called Roto-Rooter to clean our main sewer line. They came and wanted a price almost 3 times what I had paid a plumber two years previously. I told them I wasn't interested, but then they bargained me down to a price a little over what I had paid the other plumber.

A little over a week later the sewer overflowed again. I called Roto-Rooter and the man said, sorry no guarantee, that was a special one-time price and now you have to pay the full price. But they had NOT finished the previous job that I paid them for!

So instead I went to the previous plumber. They found a huge section of roots that Roto-Rooter missed. I was ripped off by Roto-Rooter. Hundreds of dollars literally down the drain. I would never use them again. Call your actual local plumber instead!

And BTW I rarely post negative reviews. But this was egregious!
