We had flood damage and they mitigated the situation promptly and throughly! They did all the remodeling including: flooring ,baseboards , paint ,brand new cabinets,granite, tile and plumbing and assessing and handling water damage levels. Friendly professional company and Tico was excellent at communicating all processes and procedures as they went along !

Called CVWR to fix water damage caused by a leaky washer. Tiko was very friendly, knowledgeable, and worked around my schedule to get the job done. I appreciate him and his team in taking care of my needs. He even checked in with me after the work was completed to make sure that it was up to standard. Thank you for all of your hard work!

Central Valley Water Restoration practices exemplary customer service with genuine effort to resolve bad situations while reducing the related stress. We had major damage from a busted sink pipe in the bathroom which affected our 35 year old customer cabinetry. I begged for them to find a way to restore the cabinets…and they did. The team went above and beyond to painstakingly protect the wood while removing counter tiles and disassembling it piece by piece. They secured a master craftsman to rebuild the cabinet and when reinstalled it was even better than before as they even updated some hardware. All with understanding and kindness as it would have been standard practice to demolish and replace. Each time I look at their work I have renewed gratitude that a company of this caliber blessed my days when I needed them so badly.

And then, before the first repair could be completed, we had water damage behind the refrigerator caused by a company repairman. New job, different insurance hoops to jump through, yet same high quality repair to meet our requests.

This is the only company I’d use if ever there is another need to do so. I am finding it hard to express with adequate words how much they do for their customer in managing all repairs and coordinating insurance demands…all while kindly soothing related stress during their time in your home. There are not many companies who stand out as stellar professionals on every level like this one does. Thank you for restoring my faith in service.

Amazing service. Tiko, Vartan, and everyone they work with are incredibly kind, empathetic, and responsive. They always answer questions in a prompt, sensitive manner, and are very patient. We had water damage due to a leak in the dishwasher, and they were very knowledgeable about the whole process (insurance, supplies, etc.) Even when the work was completed (and they did an amazing job), they responded quickly to questions, and were willing to help with other unrelated things. I definitely recommend them, and will be using this company again in the future if anything comes up!
