I recently had the pleasure of working with Juliana Mora at DaTile and received excellent customer service. She was knowledgeable about their inventory and product offerings and provided a high level of professionalism throughout our interactions. Juliana also answered all my questions accurately, taking the time to explain each detail in depth.

Not only was she great at providing information and advice, but most importantly she was able to guide me through obtaining the tile shades and inventory information so that my tiles could be shipped to another location closer to my home.

For anyone needing tiling services or products, DaTile is undoubtedly worth considering — their customer service is top-notch! Juliana Mora's expertise was invaluable in helping me obtain exactly what I wanted for my project, and her responsiveness throughout the entire process definitely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them for any tiling needs!

TLDR: If it is time-sensitive or customer service is important to you, go somewhere else.

There are a lot of reviews about how the customer service is not good, and that was true in my case as well. I attempted to purchase 3 slabs of quartz, and made an appointment to view them. The rep on the phone asked me how many slabs I would like to see, but when I asked to see 3, she told me they are all exactly the same so she would just get 1 out. I said if they are exactly the same that is fine, but if there is any variation, please get out multiple so we can choose.

We arrived about 2 hours later and when I went to purchase the slabs, she told me that they actually do have variation, but they only have one slab available so we can't purchase 3. (Mistakes happen, and I get that, but a phone call would have been good since this was time-sensitive.) Anyway, I said "Well how long until they are available because I let my fabricator know we were going to pick these up today?"

And she replied, "Well you probably should have discussed this with your fabricator first."

My wife told her she was being rude and she became defensive so we left and went to Fresno Marble.

Went and ordered quartz and they said it would be here in a week. They called said it didn’t make it on the truck. So now another week. A week later got call and slabs have different lot numbers. Really they had 5!!
Get another call said they have two for me to look at and will pull the out. I called to go look they hadn’t pulled them out yet.
I’m done!! Very upsetting !!

The customer service was average, at best, even after I mentioned that I am in the cabinetry business. Maybe, if I were a customer I would have experienced more attentive service and probably left with some samples like I had hoped to do. I have had better service before, maybe an isolated incident?

Worst customer service I have ever had. We purchased some beveled, white subway tile, and needed some edge trim tile pieces for it. Dal Tile was out of stock, so we told them how much we needed (20 pieces) and they were going to look into it and call us back. We never received a call back... We called them a week later, and the guy advised they placed the order, and for the 20 trim pieces it would be $162. I was like, that's bizarre! Those pieces usually only cost $3 or so per piece. At that price it was like $8 a piece. The rep was like, "yup, that's pretty typical pricing for those pieces..." Well I don't think so. I cancelled the order, since they were never given the approval to order in the first place. The guy was like, "Well I have to see if they've been shipped or not, first..." At this point I was just like, WTH??? You don't even have my credit card information... And he was like, ""UUHHHH Oh yeah... Well let me just call you back."

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. SAVE YOURSELF THE BIGGEST HEADACHE.
