I was in the depths of depression from the runaround and condescending treatment I was receiving from the Depart. of Building & Safety and the DA's OFFICE for "non-compliance" to what seems a thousand reasons for a residence which was in my backyard since 1923 and a permitted unit which wasn't permitted as an ADU. I was ready to leave LA and CA because of it. Then I met Erik Yesayan OF Pattern Planning & Development, who became my knight in shining armor. He knew the language, he knew the people, he knew the permit process and I can't thank him enough for giving me my life back after being run over by the bureaucracy and male dominated brotherhood of the DB&S. Would I work with him again? ABSOLUTELY 1,000%...
