I am very impressed, once again, with this company. Bert arrived at our house promptly, diagnosed the new issue we were having with our dishwasher and fixed it right away. The dishwasher hadn’t been draining properly and I was afraid it’d need a new draining pump, but it had a difficult to reach clogged pipe. Bert also got rid of an unnerving sound our icemaker was making. The pricing was very reasonable and the diagnosis and recommendations for future maintenance clear and expertly. When our dryer stopped heating I called and they were able to have someone come in the very next morning. Bert was very professional and friendly. He explained what was wrong and what part needed to be replaced. He changed the part and was able to fix our dryer in about 30 minutes. We will definitely be calling them again for future repairs.
