Overall

I have worked with Keith and Stephan and they both provided not only excellent service, but gave plenty of options and suggestions for the clients to make a decision. Two particular clients were taking a long time to make up their minds, but both Keith and Stephan were patient, stayed on top of things and worked hard to find a solution. Their techs are skilled and talented at installation, repairs and troubleshooting. I highly recommend them.

The last service call was very good and deserved a 5 star, but because in the past our experiences with them was not at par, it is hard for me to give them a better review. I’m afraid one they boost up their rating they will go back to their old business as usual which was not professional at all.
They sent you a quote and a description of the work that they will do with very high prices which is only to make the work sound very complicated and to justify their high prices.
I hope they have raised their standards and going forward they will be as good as the last service they did for us. It was fast, professional and very honest.

I had a driveway gate installed by this company but it began malfunctioning within two months of installation.

When I called them to fix it, they refused to waive the service fee although it was clearly an installation issue or faulty equipment. Either way, I paid an additional $275 for them to take a quick glance and tell me that I just needed to change the batteries on the gate opener remote.

When changing batteries didn't fix the problem, they said they'd come back to service the gate... for an additional $275.

The communication was poor. The ethics are poor. The pricing is poor. This is one of those companies that have fully earned their negative reviews. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
