CR sent “Oleg” to look at my LG dishwasher. He was great. He arrived in the early part of the 2-hour window that was scheduled. He found multiple issues and took pictures to show me the problems. Rather than a trying a costly repair, he recommended a replacement unit. I felt his advice was good. The cost was as advertised during the intake call.

Refrigerator went caput a week before Christmas..ya! So we call CR they send out Serge same day. I called 10 different places and no one could come out same day. Serge did though. He was very respectful of the home. Turns out motherboard and fan were fried. He somehow got it to work so we had a fridge while he ordered parts. Parts arrived two days later and Serge was back saving the day with parts. But the amazing thing is our fridge was only down a couple hours because Serge came to get it up and running while parts arrived. That’s service. Reasonable price considering it required two visits and two parts. Christmas was saved! Don’t hesitate to call CR….the reviews are real!

They installed a Kitchen Aid new stove with a downdraft filter system. It was an involved installation and the technician did a great job. He even came back on a Sunday morning to finish the job!
