I contacted Eilan Aronian for a free consultation to review some plans another engineer did for us. As we spoke to Eilan, he said that the original engineer over designed this project and he could greatly reduce the construction costs if he did the designs. We decided to eat the original cost of the first engineer's design and hire Eilan Aronian to re-do the structural plans. After we showed the new plans to our contractor, the contractor told us our construction costs went down by over 40%. We just wanted to show our appreciation for the time you spent with us and amount of money you saved us... We'll see you on the next project!

Overall

I needed a balcony on my house to have its support redone. Inspectors told me the balcony was leaning down and we needed an engineer to design new support beams in addition to pushing it up. Eilan Aronian was the right choice - he came in and provided plans for my building to proceed as soon as possible. He was really helpful when we needed modifications to the plans as well. Would definitely highly recommend.

I just want to show my appreciation to this company. Thanks to Eilan and his team we were able to complete the project ahead of schedule and under budget. I have worked with other engineers in the past and they have always over engineered the structure costing us a fortune. Eilan and his team worked with us to save cost without compromising the quality of the structure.
