We were very happy with Kobe and his crew. Kobe, is easy to work with. He was attentive to our questions and requests. We had a wall that needed a full evaluation from a structural engineering perspective. Kobe thoroughly reviewed the subject wall, and provided a full report to address all issues we brought up to him. He is also very knowledgeable regarding general construction which was very useful as well. We felt comfortable with his expertise and did not feel that further investigation was needed. Kobe and his crew are very professional, responsive, and attentive to their clients’ needs. We are grateful for their job well done, and for calming our nerves to assure that everything was fine. Kobe came to evaluate my foundation after I noticed severe cracking starting to form in two of my bedrooms. He was kind, knowledgable, and gave me an honest assessment that led me down a different direction than I expected - one that didn't involve a massive repair bill. You can be sure you're dealing with a competent straight shooter when you call Kobe.

I am a certified designer with the American Institute of Building Designers, I have been working with Kobe and Daniel for almost three years now collaborating on many different residential projects. They are a pleasure to work with. Kobe Structural Engineering is great when it comes to looking at ways to save the client time and money if there is a way. I've had the privilege of working with this company for over 5 years. Never once have I worried about one of the projects either having a time delay or being too costly because I know that Kobe and his team are always on top of it. As an Engineer myself, I have worked with many design firms and I can, without question, say that Kobe and his team are hands down the most professional. One thing that truly stands out with this firm is that they will always be there for the client, through thick and thin, to make sure that the projects will go as smooth as possible.
