Really great resource for tile and stone needs!

We visited here after looking at backsplash tile options in home Depot nearby, which had about one aisle of tile and stone to pick from for kitchen purposes. However, here at LA tile and Stone, they were aisles upon aisles of different kinds of stone and ceramic and porcelain tiles and more.

It was great to see the displays on the walls for special orders, and the tiles and stones in boxes for those that are in stock already. There are so many options with outdoor tiling and indoor tiling options, and also some installed and showcase pieces like tub tiling. Each type was clearly marked on which brand or country they were from, and also what sizes or colors that the tile pattern came in, which was helpful.

We quickly were able to find several options for our kitchen backsplash project. They offered a referral service in case we needed to have a tile install service. A couple days later I finally decided on which tile to use, and gave them a call to place an order. To make sure that we had our order correct, the lady told me to text her a photo of the tiles that I had taken. She also explained that with the number of tiles that were in each box I would have to buy a certain number of boxes to cover my project. The invoice was sent, and the tiles were ready when promised, only a couple days after I had made the text order.

Great experience and would totally use LA tile and stone again for inspiration or for our next project!

I bought a load of items from here for a re-tiling project. One of the sales associates recommended a marble repair kit for a shower tile that split open.

My tile installer took one look at the package and said it won’t work for our tiles. The kit was never opened, never used. When I went to return it the next day, the woman at the counter said the item is non-refundable. Nowhere or at no point was that mentioned during the purchase.

I hate places like this. I purposely purchased from them because I want to support smaller businesses. I could have gone to Home Depot next door and purchased everything for 10-20% less, but they, in turn, do nothing to provide customers with care.

I Bought 7boxes of expensive ceramic tiles. ( about 500 tiles). 60 were damaged ( chipped or cracked or broken).. after the job was finished, I took back the bad tiles… no return because it was a “special order “. The quality of these tiles and the packaging was terrible.
As a tile contractor I will never shop here again or recommend this store to my customers. High prices slow quality.. is a bad combination .

I’m surprised to read the positive comments below since I didn’t have the same experience as them. Since I first placed an order with LA Tile, there have been so many miscommunications and delays on my order. The ladies there seem like they don’t know what they’re doing. They had to put me on hold several times every time I called to follow up, sometimes my call was disconnected while on hold. After going back and forth multiple times, I asked if our entire order will be delivered on the day they promised and they said yes; immediately after they charged the payment, they said “so everything will be delivered except for one of the tiles”. I have been patient and understanding as much as possible, however we needed these tiles by a deadline and really relied on the date they promised it would arrive. If they would have communicated to me before charging us, I would have looked elsewhere for the tiles.
Unfortunately, because of their customer service, lack of communication and unprofessionalism, I will not be contacting them for future orders.

Yes they can get you any tile you need or want. However, they are about 15 to 20% pricier than other Mom and Pop suppliers. Myrna was great with excellent customer service and the best thing of all they had my special order the next day!

Very nice people. I called looking for a basalt natural stone tile and the gentleman checked to see if they carried it. They did not but he asked me if I had tried Integrated Resources and even looked up the number to give me. I'll definitely check back with them on other tile needs given how helpful and pleasant they were to deal with.
