The selection here is BEYOND anything you'll find in the area. They aren't the biggest showroom, but they somehow pack the most punch! I always end up working with Jordan, he has a great eye for tones and styles - and is quick to help and get things taken care of. They have a good selection of in stock items, including multiple finishes of schluter and grout. Taking one star off just because the parking is absolutely HORRENDOUS. If you can't find a spot in the small lot connected to the showroom, you'll have a hard time finding one on the street.

I’m a new contractor to the area (moved from OC). Came in to the store in hopes of building a relationship with this store, I was wrong. Came in, approached one of the sales reps, asked him about samples and etc..started washing me about how I should work with *MY*, how I should bring my customer to the store so he can “close them”, and throw a few more negative comments on how I should run my business, funny his a rep and not a contractor with that confidence. First time a thing like this happens to me in 12 years of being a licensed contractor. This message is for the store Management, train your guys to answer questions, not give comments. I won’t recommend this store to my customers, won’t recommend it to any of my friends, and if anyone will ask me, the only story I will have to share, is the bad experience I had. Reps will make or break the success of the store, as the product looks good. this time he fumbled hard.

We watched their advertisement that says we are waiting for you with love so we wanted to try their store. Went there and we felt totally ignored no hi no by there was nobody to assist us and when we asked for the prices, barcodes on the items were faded so they couldn't even scan them or even find the items on the computer that they were selling. A truly grand and expansive selection of anything and everything you might hope for, from a tile warehouse. The best part is they also offer the option to make custom tile colors if you still cannot find what you are looking for.

This is the first tile store that offered access to computers to browse their inventory digitally, making it easier to browse.

We didn't have to wait before an associate offered to help us with any questions we had, and it wasn't pushed upon us.

Update: After seeing this review, Superior Tile did try to work with me to try and address Issue #1 below. We were actually very close to getting Issue #1 resolved and I give them credit for trying to remedy the situation. However, Rachel, the Superior Tile manager, said the only way I would get my refund back is if I took down any traces of this review existing at all. It felt like she was trying to buy my silence with money. I didn't appreciate the attempt to manipulate how the store is perceived as I feel withholding this info from future consumers is not honest.

At this point, even my own renovation company said they're going to cut ties with Superior Tiles due to their shoddy customer service.

1) Blatant disregard for customer budget and upcharging to make more money for the store: My contractor asked Araz at Superior Tile to put in an order for 1,200 sq ft flooring that included extra/leftover flooring; Araz puts in an order for almost 1,400 without neither my contractor or my own consent -- I now have 6 boxes of unopened, untouched boxes that Superior Tile will not let me return anymore (and they blamed it on my contractor, hmmm ...)

2) Lackluster customer service: I returned to Superior Tile to finish placing an order, and Araz helped me for 5 minutes, before leaving me to help another customer and never came back to help me. I left the store with no decision made and feeling completely lost and unguided

3) Price transparency: This is an aggregator of different brands versus if you go to the source, so they're going to upcharge everything. For example, if you go to West Hollywood Emser Tile store, the prices will be cheaper and the customer service is A+ because it's the actual retail brand showroom

4) This store lives in the stone age: if you ask to pay via online website payment, they make you pay an additional cost to process the online payment (huh? It's 2021)

This store is fabulous! I went there to see if I could find cool tiles designs for my house. I got much more than i needed. They have so many styles and designs....Amazing. I went there and was greeted by Tony. He gave me a tour and helped me by showing me all kinds of design combinations. The price were really fair and I liked the experience of being there.
