Overall

Literally saved our couch! We spilled red wine on our white couch and I tried to do it myself and made it worse. I had to wait over 24hours before I could find someone too so it sat even more. They came out and did an incredible job!! It reasonably priced and promised to make sure they could even do it first without charging me. That was Especially helpful because we didn’t plan to have an extra expense right now. I can’t get over how great it turned out.

There are A LOT of awful scam story cleaning companies out there. They are mostly call centers who don’t have their own employees or their own vans. I ended up calling these guys and Kenny really knows his stuff and is very trustworthy. I had Mario and Mario come to my apartment and they did an amazing job. Can’t thank them enough for being professional and trustworthy. BEWARE of other carpet cleaners out there. THEY ARE FAKE REVIEWS especially when they are all recent with no old reviews. They will send out other companies with different names because you are not calling a company but a call center. Carpet Savers is the best and save yourself the hassle of getting scammed and having to get it fixed.

I called carpet savers for upholstery cleaning for my sectional sofa that was wrecked from my toddler boys spilling. I spoke the owner Kenny and he was able to schedule me for the next day. His technicians Mario and Mario Jr. arrived as promised during my time window. They were courteous enough to call and let us know they were on their way. They were efficient and attentive to the needs of my fabric. They were able to explain the cleaning process before beginning. They stuck the timeline promised for cleaning and drying. I can appreciate the professionalism from a fair priced, quality business during such a challenging time for all. Keep it up Carpet Savers and thank you for saving my couch!! You are my go to vendor for the foreseeable future!
