Installed all incorrect windows. Not what we asked for. We are under HOA so have problems with them now and apparently only person to talk to about it is Dennis which he hasn’t answered us or returned one call since this has happened two months ago.

Enjoying my custom windows. I got a large garden window to replace my rotting wooden bay window in the kitchen. A real showpiece stunner with really spacious view of the garden and sky/stars along with adjustable glass shelf. And more windows in master bedroom that successfully keep the heat in when it’s cold and should keep the a/c air inside this summer. Modern, seamless transaction with one price. Don’t know who I would have contracted for standard windows, but for custom windows I think CDW can do it all.

Let me first begin by apologizing to CD Windows. I should have posted this review ages ago. That being in said in a way having the windows installed and having experienced their quality these past few months, I cannot be more happy with their windows. Price wise they cannot be beat for the amazing quality. They were done quickly and effectively. Living with older windows, cold, heat and sounds went through those windows like tissue paper. Now, with CD windows I don't have to worry hardly as much as those. My rooms are much more quite, cold and heat going through has decreased significant amount. I will recommend anyone who asks to get CD Windows. Long story short, CD Windows and staff are great! I will gladly use their services in the future.

We have now had our windows for 2 years and continue to be impressed with the look, quality and sound control. I recently thought there was a problem with one of our high windows I can’t get to. The team came out to take a look and were very friendly and helpful. Thankfully it was just a spiderweb that looked like a crack, and nothing serious. Continue to highly recommend this company!

From start to finish California Deluxe Windows did an outstanding job. We had 3 normal windows installed, 1 sliding glass door, and 1 garden window.

The initial consult was easy to schedule and I highly recommend anyone thinking about new windows or doors gets a free quote. Gene really new what he was talking about and clearly loves what he does. It is hard to find people who truly believe in what they are selling, but his company does. He brought sample windows with him, and you can feel the quality in the product! Cost was reasonable. Much cheaper than our Anderson quote and the product and warranty really can't be beat in my opinion. We wanted to replace our garden window which a lot of companies will not do, but since CDW makes their own windows it was no problem at all.

The measuring process was simple and fast. Our installers came on time and were very professional. They were constantly sweeping or vacuuming and keeping the place clean. They were like a well oiled machine, with each team member having a different job. The garden window in our kitchen required some changes to the tile on the counter which they discussed with me and seamlessly cut to create the perfect fit with the window.

We have had our windows and door for about a week now. We live in a condo complex. I work nights and sleep during the day, so sound was an important factor for us. These windows do not disappoint. Our condo is so much quieter now. We can still hear the noises through the walls but barely. The difference from our old windows is pretty incredible. The windows also regulate temperature so much better than before. Plus they look great. Love how the garden window turned out.

And finally a special thanks to Joyce, our HOA did not make things easy and she was very responsive and super helpful getting things to go through. She also helped with all of the permitting through the city.

I have been recommending this company from our very first interaction with them and will continue to do so!

Two stars because I like the product. I waited 4 months and it took 2 days to install a sliding glass door. Had they come at 8:00 am instead of noon maybe only one day, especially when it gets dark at 5:00. Day 2 they left at 6:30 so “cleanup”took place in the dark. In the morning I saw the scuffed and scratched hardwood floor, the NEW paver patio spotted with white stuff (I told him he was spilling), my new sod is where the tool cleanup (splattered on the house, plants, and gate) apparently took place, my driveway where they parked both days was a mess, my sparkling clean house ready for Christmas was a dusty mess. I would NOT use them again!!! Nice people ~ Bad Experience!

I am happy with the new windows, we replaced a total of 8 windows and one large sliding patio door. We had overall a good experience from the professionalism of the sales person (Van H.) to the project manager to the installers.
The sales person was the first to mention that our house did not meet the new egress requirements for the city since the house was built in the 70’s, so there was a lot of cutting during installation and we ended up with bigger than the original custom windows, the city inspector signed off. The installers were amazing very high energy and polite it is nice to see people who enjoy their jobs, they finished the job in 2 days and cleaned up well.
The windows are very beefy and much thicker than anything I have seen in the hardware stores, also the glass is extremely flat (based on the reflection). I enjoy opening the blinds even in a sunny day because there is no heat coming in from the sun. The normal sound of traffic (I live in a busy street) is almost gone, something I wasn’t expecting. The design is very distinctive with matching trim and all weep holes covered. The window is practically air tight with 3 layers of weather strip between the outside world and the inside of the house. I highly recommend this company. Very regrettable and unfair that people would give one star to a company because they do not like the commercial
