I have to call this company every week for them to actually come pick up my garbage. They suck, they really do!

My trash bins keep getting skipped. I am keeping videos now since it’s happened on several occasions. I pay for a service that is not being delivered. I understand if I am not a paying customer. Services need to be rendered upon payment last time I checked. Time stamped video, driver drives right past my trash can??????

I wish I could put negative stars. Our blue bin has not been picked up for 3 weeks now. We have called and keep being told the same thing that it isn’t our week. Which does not make sense if we leave it out all day it should be picked up either way. The ladies over the phone are rude and don’t even offer courtesy pick up and tell me different things as if it’s my fault it’s not being picked up. Our bin isn’t overly filled and only has what is allowed inside. What is the point of paying for the service or even giving us a bin if it’s not getting picked up. Again their customer service is horrible. The lady told us to call the city if we have any more complaints I wish I caught her and the other ladies name but I couldn’t because they say their name so low.

I called once to let them know that my garbage bin was not picked up, I was met with attitude asking what time I put it out in the street. I told them it was out at 7am, and she told me that I need to put it out earlier. I then told her that both my cans were out at the same time but only one was picked up; silence. She said they would be there the next day. Also, I hope they aren’t fining people for having trash in the wrong bin, because they throw all the trash from the different bins in the same truck anyway. So I don’t know the point of separating the trash if they mix it together anyway.

Missed our service several times. On days of pick up the truck just passed by our trash can. Called in and was told that we have to pay $15 to have our service picked up. Why do we have to pay extra money for the services they do not provide and make it like it is our fault and we have to incentivise their lack of professionalism. That is ridiculous and they are ripping people off. The courtesy pick up should be their responsibility because it was them who missed the service to begin with. The next day the truck passed by our area and picked up neighbors trash and Bertolotti did not inform us that their truck will be passing by. Terrible company.

We just moved to Salida and had our cans out today for the first time today. The driver came through in a rush and left our cans a mess. We had better service with gilton. Last picture is from this morning. I stand by my review.
