The sales place on McHenry is fantastic. Every time I go in there I get top notch help but when you have to go get it over on Mariposa it’s loud there’s no signage and I only was picking up 116 foot baseboard and it had grease marks or something all over it And they said everything out here is dirty ridiculous

I made a small online order and used the Chat Support feature to clarify a color question. I spoke with Tyler who answered my question and then went waaayyy beyond the minimum to assist me and make sure that I was getting the correct, matching flooring. I placed the order and mistakenly ordered an incorrect amount. I ran into a problem correcting my error, and I again contacted Chat Support. This time I spoke with Yvette, and she was just as helpful as Tyler had been! I post reviews infrequently, but truly outstanding service should be acknowledged. Thank you Tyler and Yvette for doing your jobs with skill and care. You efforts are very much appreciated.

Really good experience and great customer service from juan & diana we been going there like 5 years never had a problem with anything and best prices around the area recommend 100% to purchase any material cabinets,granite,tile,sinks, and faucets

It's simply unbelievable that this day and age companies like this won't offer a refund on some items.. a sink was bought, it happened to be just over size. They will take it back only if you buy a more expensive one. But if you want a less expensive, it won't happen. That is ridiculous. No where is that posted or explained at any time. We will definitely talk to people from shopping your wearhouse..
