Scott and SIng provided outstanding customer service to me as I upgraded the window coverings my home in the Belmont hills. They came to my home with samples, provided quotes for everything from lined linen draperies to faux wooden blinds to accordion style blinds. Their recommendations were exactly what I needed to fit my budget. And when installation day came, it was amazing what they were able to accomplish in just over 1 hour! I recommend Budget Blinds of SW Redwood City to all!

Overall

Scott and his team were above and beyond. I highly recommend them. They completed a massive project of blinds throughout an entire remodel in a short amount of time and came back to ensure everything was working perfectly. They did sleek designs on automatic roller shades with nice built-in wall mounts for a high-tech finish. Really loved working with them!

I found Scott and his team after extensive review of window treatment solutions and vendors. My experience with Scott was smooth from the beginning to end. He came onsite for an initial consult, took the time to understand the layout, showed us options. I found him to be very methodical, polite and upfront. He followed up promptly and always kept me in loop. He gave advice on a few topics and it turned out to be the right way to go. Prices were reasonable as well. I've been very satisfied with the overall experience. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience working with Scott from Budget Blinds to purchase shades for my entire house. Scott was super knowledgeable and responsive, laying out all of our different options (motorized vs not, smart vs not, fabric options, brands). It was overwhelming how many choices we had, but Scott helped us whittle it down and was patient with all of our questions. He did not pressure us at all, compared to some other blinds companies we talked to. We ended up ordering a combination of Lutron and Hunter Douglas shades with him at a very reasonable price, and installation went smoothly. He was more than happy to come make an adjustment a few days after installation when we wanted to shift the shades a little. Several months in, we're very happy with the result! I would highly recommend giving Scott a call for any shade installation projects.
