I decided to upgrade my pump, given that it was more than 10 years old. After purchasing a new pump, I enlisted the services of Norcal Pools for the installation. Bryan from Norcal Pools never securely bolted pump to the ground, and the bolts from my previous pump are missing. Due to time constraints, I had to depart before the installation was finished. Upon my return home that afternoon, I observed that the pump was barely operational; …the pool pump basket was only filling up about half way with water, and I noticed an air leak from one of the pump intake pipes, a problem that did not exist prior to his visit. I reached out to Bryan to address these issues, but he insisted on coming back only if I agreed to provide a positive review 1st . I declined to offer a positive review until my new pump was operating properly. Consequently, I had to contact another pool company to resolve these issues. Bryan's unprofessional conduct and incomplete installation necessitated hiring and incurring costs from another pool company.

Awesome experience! Quickly responded to inquiries. Got our new pump installed quickly and didn’t charge us when the pump he had to get was actually more expensive than the one quoted. Will definitely use Nor Cal Pools again!

Great service! Came out to fix my pool pump that would not turn on. Within a few minutes figured out that a new motor was needed! Let me know that he needed to get the motor and get it approved by the warranty company, I figured I’d hear from him in a week! Nope, next day! Came out and replaced and working great! It’s super quiet!

**Great Pool Service!**

We've been happy with NorCal Pools taking care of our pool and hot tub. They showed up like clockwork every week and always did a solid job. Fair prices and friendly folks too. We’re not using them at the moment, but I'd definitely suggest giving them a shot if you need someone reliable to take care of your pool.

This is for a pool heater Jandy electric install. Bryan was very informative and gave us answers with comparison from a gas and electric pool heaters in great detail. We ultimately settled with electricity because running a gas line was going to take longer. Although gas heats up quicker, we wanted a heater that would maintain temperatures so we can swim anytime. The electric pool heater maintains the temperature and we like that feature.
Bryan is very precise, friendly and is interested in giving you as much information you need to make a decision.

His quick thinking and problem solving abilities saved us time with finding someone licensed quickly for a concrete pad to build to put the unit on. Bryan's install time is as promised and the delivery of the unit was spot on.

After he installed the unit he did a courtesy clean of the pool! I wasn't expecting that but thank you for doing that Bryan!

He went over how it works and answered all of my questions. His sound advice is definitely worth every penny we spent to have him install this heater.

Our family appreciates what you did for us so that we can start enjoying the pool in a couple days!
