Contract came, and we made some adjustments to it FORGOTTEN items!! Then the Price went up Substantially. Some items were listed, and some prices went up just because. I don't understand the price of vanity and quartz counter would knock your socks off. It's not like it would be handmade. The Cost was way to high for my budget. The cost for Vanity and counter top...3.5k.

Remodel of our home completed 2023.

Tony and the team at RKB are top notch! We did a large renovation - moving our laundry room upstairs, turning our old laundry room into an office space and adding a window, creating butler pantry, creating an actual pantry, framing in a new bedroom, removing a room to help us totally reimagine our master bath and closet, totally reimagining our kitchen, and adding plumbing for an outdoor kitchen (working with Russ at Royal Plumbing for the big plumbing stuff).

They were able to take our vision and turn our builder basic into the custom home of our dreams. Our home is beautiful and the space is functional!

What I think is most important in this review though - it wasn't just about the finishes and the quality of the craftsmanship. I never felt like I was being mislead or upsold and I trusted the team every step of the way. They became like a second family for several months. Our dogs even miss them! I trusted them to do what they said, to do it on time, and to be in my home even if I wasn't there. I would hire them again and again - and I plan to!

I was directed by EverLights in January 2023 to get connected with Roseville Kitchen & Bath and get the lights installed as they didn't have an office during that time period. Wish I waited for them to open up the office in greater Sacramento and saved myself from the heartburn I am getting from Roseville Kitchen & Bath to get things fixed after the install.

After the sales cycle my EverLights system was finally up and light installation was done nicely by experienced folks BUT there were lot of carelessness while the work was performed, from bent gutters to improper put back of the gutter guards. The gutter guards were fixed after multiple calls. Thank God John? who was my sales person was there to handle it finally.

After couple of weeks of great lights during the evening, the light stopped coming on and as per the contract I called Roseville Kitchen and Bath. Now after 8 to 9 days I have no idea when this issue will be fixed. When I first reported this issue last week (week of May 1st) the owner Tony picked up my call and said he will send someone the following week but i was not given a specific date and time. I texted John but this time he was not available right away to give me a date as he was on a vacation. He came back later and said someone will connect with me on Monday, May 8 2023 but no one called. I called the office twice, left a voice mail but no one had the courtesy to call me back. Reached out to John again and I understand he might be frustrated but still tried to help and replied back with a note that someone will call me but not sure when. I am just having nightmares thinking about the facts when I will have other issues in the coming years and how it will be handled.

My post is long but it is worth reading else be ready for the sufferings. Please stay away from this business for EverLights install, instead connect with EverLights directly.

Last but not the least, hope the company still helps me with this current issue and even any further issues with more agility and professionalism

I only have positive things to say about this company. They installed my Everlights (because I want outdoor Christmas lights all year 'round lol). Kevin and his team are very professional (I completely forgot to ask the other two gentlemen's names but they are equally AWESOME) Only took them 2 days to install the lights around the entire house. They walked me though the entire process and how operate the whole thing. You can remotely control your lights using the Everlight app which is so cool! John also called after the installation to check in with me and if I have any questions. The light came out just as I expected it and more. Overall 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Rosevlle Kitchen and Bath is the epitamy of professional. We had a flood in our kitchen and trusted them to build out our new, modern kitchen. Not only were they easy to work with, they were extremely helpful working with our insurance. The show room lets you see that they only carry top quality products. This is not the place to go if you want a cheap kitchen or bath put in. However, if you want to get great quality, with great service, at a great value, look no further. We worked directly with the owner, Tony. He wasn't pushy and was very helpful. He designed our shiplap hood, and a few other aspects of the kitchen that we didn't know what direction we wanted to go in. I am writing this review 2 years after we had the work done. We still get compliments from everyone who sees the kitchen and Roseville Kitchen and Bath still provides us with any support that we may need.

I am not one to believe all of the reviews that you read. I did read the reviews on line about this company but they were all more than a year old. The sales rep. was knowledgeable and had us feeling comfortable about the company. We worked on the details of the contract (this was a bathroom remodel with tile installation and waterproofing only) and ordered the material. When the product arrived the work was scheduled. The first day went well. The rest of the project schedule was where the communication dropped off. We had to call and find out if the crew was going to work at our house that day. If they were scheduled to be at our house they would show up between 8 and 9 AM. The agreed start time was 7:30. If they did not show up I had to contact the superintendent to get the schedule.
The tile installer seemed knowledgeable and capable of the install until the end of the project. He would show up later than scheduled and work later to keep the project on schedule. This is where he started to cut corners. He stated the grout was drying to fast because we had the heating system turned up to high. The heater was off and it was 66 degrees in the house. There were gaps in the Grout, Uneven edges on the Schlutter, he used caulking instead of grout on the curb seams. When we called to state that we were not satisfied with the end product they sent him back out. I had to point out the deficiency's. The installer said he would fix the gaps in the grout. The caulking he said was normal. I had to tell him to use the grout and not caulking. After some discussion he agreed to make it right. The project turned out ok in the end. No one from the office has called to ask if we are satisfied or if they could review the installation. If you use this company make sure you know what you are looking for and do your own quality control inspections daily.
On the next bathroom remodel we will source our tile work from a different contractor.

We brought a two-bathroom remodel to Tony at Roseville Kitchen & Bath. The entire design, quoting, and evaluation process was professional throughout: timely responses, clear expectations, and easy-to-understand plans. Our five-star evaluation holds even though we elected not to select them to do the work.

The reason? It wasn't until speaking with several companies that we realized just how challenging our master bathroom was because it contained an exceptionally large, custom, and awkwardly-shaped window. Seven of nine companies flatly told us that they couldn't--or wouldn't--do the work. As you might imagine, the cost for such a custom project was higher than we'd have expected.

However, our complicated, custom, high-cost situation doesn't reflect poorly on Roseville Kitchen & Bath. Quite the contrary, they offered a solution where most couldn't, and the rest of the "normal" aspects of our project (cabinets, tile, showers, etc.) were well in-line cost-wise.

We didn't select them, but we had a very unusual situation. We'd strongly recommend RKB to anyone considering bathroom remodels: they're professional, capable, reasonably-priced, and have a cool showroom to boot.
