Pat and his team modified my church’s existing gate. We had dual swinging gates and they built us a sliding gate by welding the two gates together, adding the necessary support, installing the track and gate controller. The workmanship is very good.

The process was good. Kate, their secretary/dispatcher was amazing. I was a bit on edge at the start of the project .She heard me out, and made adjustments to ensure I/we were a happy customer. Well done.

They are a family shop. Pat (the owner) was busy, yet responsive. The crew was 2 younger guys, they did good work.

Any issues we had during the project were resolved in a reasonable amount of time.

Our gate controller is cellular and can be operated remotely. I highly recommend.

All in all 4 stars. Church administration loves the gate and controls. Well done team ??

Overall

Spent $1,800 for new click to enter and after installation gate remote openers would not work properly. After coming out several times and trying new transmitters they could not figure out what the problem was so they disconnected the new click to enter to get remotes to work. They were supposed to figure out issue and get back to me and haven't heard since other than sending me this rating request.

From start to finish they were fantastic to work with. Every person from the first phone call was super friendly. After, the install we noticed we wanted some things adjusted a bit differently and they came right back that same day and made the proper adjustments.
