The representative was an hour late to the first meeting. "Wouldn't happen again. I'll have an itemized bid to you next week."

I followed up via text three weeks later asking to get the bid by the end of the forth week. "I'll have it tomorrow."

I followed up the fourth week. "I didn't have time to complete the design within your timeline. You said you had other companies that would be part of the bit. I wasn't able to make that date so I assumed you would have selected on of the other companies."

Not on time. Not one of his commitments were hit. Amazing that I had to follow-up three times and never received a bid for a $120k+ project. Hard to believe they are a leading pool builder.

There were so friendly in the beginning. My pool skimmer to clean the bottom of the pool stop working within a year but there was a warranty so they replaced it but now there's a problem again with the pool skimmer within a year. I spend so much on my pool they can at least give me a reliable pool skimmer not a cheap one. There are warranty customer service is a joke did not even try to help me she just keep saying was your warranty is expired so beware of the smiling salesmans all smiles but they don't back it up. I do not recommend Premier Pools.

Awesome pool and everything was great until we noticed the volleyball net anchors were installed upside down in the concrete decking. Not a huge issue, however we were repeatedly put off for months, finally got a meeting and they were going to explore ideas and now onto the second month of no contact!! Such a simple issue and everything went great until they needed to show some integrity; obviously not there!!

So like most companies there is no help once you pay luckily for us it’s small and the pool is not leaking, or concrete is not cracking; something to consider when calling this company.

When i first met designer Nick Irby i knew he would make my dream pool a reality. The gals in the office kept me informed throughout this process. A big thanks to Marie, Makayla, Petra and Ashley. My grotto was a big part of my vision and Chad made sure that happened. From the dig to the rebar work to the gunite, equipment, stamped decking (35 yards was a big pour), tile install, masonry and microfusion everything went smoothly. I wish i could rate them a 10 and would recommend Premier Pools and Spas to anyone who wants a great pool done by a great crew. Thanks for my gorgeous pool!!

This is a no accountability company. When issues were communicated to the company they did everything in their power to make me feel like I was in the wrong. I paid a lot for my pool and for me the dissatisfaction came to the small details that they were unwilling to fix. They hire many contractors to do the job and some obviously not well educated in the fine detail. I’ve provided pictures of their crappy job. In my case the customer wasn’t right (me) and I was just over looking too much. For those who love a white finished look will understand what a big deal this black strip is and more so the inconsistency in the layout of. Overall rating is based not only the workmanship but also their lacking to take responsibility and making it right. My advice is save yourself the headache from dealing with a company (Premier Pools, Salida) that will not make you feel heard or even understood when issues arise.

Our pool just completed 2 weeks ago and I wanted to share my experience with Ethan. From the beginning to the end of the process, Ethan was consistently there to answer all my questions, walk me through the process and ensured everything was done correctly by the workers. Ethan created a beautiful design for us. He was always available for questions and showed patiences in the whole process. He is a very well informed individual and a huge asset to your company. If you're considering working with Premier Pools and Spas, it's important to know that my experience with the company was very negative. Unfortunately, I found them to be highly unethical.

I entered into a contract with the Gilroy CA franchise of Premier Pools and Spas in April 2013. Right from the start, I encountered a number of problems. There were management changes and different contractors, and the work was delayed multiple times. I was told that the pool would be completed in 2-3 months, but it wasn't finished until March 2014. The delays were due to poor management, contractor changes, and poor workmanship.

After the pool was finally completed, I did a walkthrough and found numerous issues with the workmanship. The walls were warped and there were bad finishes, among other issues. Premier Pools and Spas parted ways with the Gilroy franchisee, Donald Boucher. When I contacted Brian Pointer, Vice President of Operations at Premier Pools and Spas, he refused to take responsibility for the contract and told me to contact Donald, but he didn't provide any contact information. He also suggested that I find another company to deal with the issues.

I found out that if Premier Pools and Spa decides to part ways with a franchisee, they take no responsibility and your contract is null and void. So, it's important to be very careful before entering into a contract with Premier Pools and Spa!
