Overall

I think that BC Engineering group presents amazingly, and they look wonderful from the outside in. Unfortunately, I have found this firm to be unresponsive, and lacking professionalism. I would advise avoiding using BC Engineering Groups services. There are many more engineering groups who will treat you much better, please be careful with BC.

BC Engineering was involved in every step of the planning, permitting and construction of our engineered septic system. We have a relatively complex set of challenges, and it was a pleasure to work with them to arrive at a system that met our needs for capacity given the size of our house and also was permitted in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Jessica, Jonathan and their team.

Overall

Both my son and I have used BC Engineering Group for multi-million dollar residential projects. With all construction-related firms busy with fire rebuilds along with their normal workloads, it's refreshing to work with an organization that is responsive and communicative. They return calls and texts immediately, even after hours. I would place them at the top of the list of firms we've worked with in the past 5 years. They will approach your project as if they are a partner.

Overall

I used BC Engineering recently and am VERY pleased with their service. In applying for a grading permit with the county we ran into some points of disagreement with the fire department. BC Engineering's handling of the situation was both professional and effective. Their staff is both knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend them!
