These guys have been very pleasant to work with. We do a lot of large scale projects in the bay area and have gotten used to crummy customer service over recent years. But my site superintendent, project coordinator and I all agree we love working with CTC. Kris is usually who I communicate with and he's been quick with responses. CTC is helping us with a large multi-family housing project in downtown Santa Rosa right now and so far everything has been super smooth.

Always great customer service here. Most recently we dropped and broke the last tile needed to complete a shower wall, and Noah from CTC Santa Rosa cleverly hooked us up with a sample piece they had in back so we wouldn’t have to order an additional box of tile. And in the past we’ve received great design advice from their sales staff (Hannah, and others whose names are escaping me at the moment). 5 stars!

Thanks to the crew at CTC Warehouse, especially Carl. I had a medium sized pick up of tile. Carl was very helpful, loading it into my car. He was extra careful and examined all items. When he found a cracked tile he immediately took care of documenting it and getting it reordered. I think it's part of his job, but not everyone does their jobs well, so I don't take it for granted. He was professional and super nice. The warehouse manager, Ralph I think his name is, is very professional too and also helpful . Last time I bought tile from CTC, I had to order more, and quickly and he made sure it happened in my time frame. Thanks guys!

I had an excellent experience at the Ceramic Tile Center on Santa Rosa Avenue in Santa Rosa. Designer Mary Day spent time with me and had so many great ideas for the new backsplash for my bathroom remodel. She was patient and responsive in person and by phone and email. The showroom is MUCH bigger than it appears from the street and has an amazing variety of tile of various materials. I took several samples home before deciding, with Mary's help, on a natural stone tile that complements the countertop of my vanity. I highly recommend making an appointment to see Mary at the Ceramic Tile Center to discuss your project.

All the staff at Ceramic Tile - Santa Rosa are super friendly, helpful, and eager to please. I would like to specifically shout out Mary Day - who was extremely patient with me while deciding my tile needs for our bathroom and kitchen. This was my first project and she made me feel at ease. I am working on a project in Sea Ranch. We needed of 1 more slab to complete the island counter with waterfalls on either end. I had originally ordered 2 slabs from a source in the East Bay, but through fabricator, ordered extra slab from Justin Perry at Ceramic Tile Center. He was able to get it to us quickly. As it turned out, original 2 slabs were incorrect product...stressful! Long story short, Justin was amazing in helping me rectify a situation. He is very professional, great communicator, and goes beyond with his level of service. I highly recommend him and the store.

Fantastic! After going to countless tile shops over two counties I have found the best! The staff is friendly, fun, and creative. I inherited a kitchen which I’m sprucing up until we do the complete remodel in a year. Daniel and Mary were wonderful at finding beautiful cost effective solutions to my project.
